Clean room

Pool was closed for maintenance when we wanted to use it.

All nice clean room staff great all beautifull best breakfast!

Check in time is 3pm and we arrived around 3:45pm and there was not a room ready. We reserved a king standard and had to wait an hour before we could check in so the staff could clean one. When we got to the room, there was standing water in the floor of the bathroom, I’m assuming from mopping. The rest of the room was obviously rushed through due to hair being on the chaise and in the floor next to the window. I asked the front desk for a discount due to the check in delay and cleanliness of the room, overall, and both the night clerk at check in and day shift at check out stated they would leave a note for the manager. Needless to say, I did not receive a discount

We enjoyed every thing about the Hotel the room was very clean and comfortable Air conditioning was good and cold buffet was nice and we enjoyed the indoor pool An everyone was very nice and friendly I would stay there again when we go back in November for Thanksgiving Thank you for all your hospitality

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool was nice We requested a low-level room with our reservation, but they put us on the top floor. Several staff members took smoke breaks at the hotel entrance.

Very good, only slight issue was the air conditioning which was very noisy

The room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was ok, filling. Coffee machines made great coffee. Check in/out was easy, great TV channel selection. good parking / lighting We stayed 3 nights, our room was cleaned with fresh towels the first day, but not the second, we had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels mid-afternoon, then someone came in the late evening and kind of made the bed and emptied the trash containers while we were out to dinner. We wanted to use the pool on the first night, the smell prevented us, (mildew???) it wasn't very pleasant.

Desk staff was very nice, rooms were clean, only complaint is the indoor pool area smelled of mold so bad we couldn’t stand being in there more than 10min and that was the whole reason for booking this hotel.

The staff were all super kind from check in to check out. Our room was clean and I felt super safe in the area

Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of.

The property was clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was closed on day #1 of our stay, but did open day #2 late in the day. Fresh cookies provided at front desk -- they were great. Our biggest complaint was that they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms. We left about 9:30 am for an event. We got back at 5pm. Our room had not been touched. The front desk staff said they had 18 check-outs and the lone cleaner had to do all those rooms first. She finally got to our room about 6pm. We were hot & sweaty from the 92 degree day and just wanted to take showers & relax. We didn't know where we would go while she cleaned the room (except sit in the lobby). So we just asked for clean towels & said forget it. Other than that the hotel is nice. Management didn't seem overly concerned. He did apologize, but said we only have 1 person and she will get to you eventually.
