Executive Inn

The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester

That place was awful the Jacuzzi didnt work. Found a cockroach on the bed when we were getting ready to leave. The room appeared clean until you looked at it.the sheets were stained. Now I know you'll ask why did we stay. Because we paid through this site and wouldn't get the money back for days and didn't hapve the money to go else where. You need to take this place off you site hotels.com. it's bad there bab bad. Bad

Air Conditioner didn’t cool room down. Bathroom ventilation fan didn’t do much. Smoke detector had no battery in it and the compartment door for battery was open. Had to converse with hotel personnel through small window, door to facility for check in was locked. Both faucets leaked when using hot water. Carpet needs replaced. Sheets were thin and worn. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to stay and I will never book with this hotel again.

Room and bath were clean. The single person staff was accommodating and caring. Outside of building needs a pressure wash and fresh paint. No fridge in room but several useless make up tables and furniture.

I didn't like it at all. Guy was rude hateful parking lot was a joke almost got stuck on a hole pulling into parking spots. The room was dirty. The freezer was froze up. Will never go back there

Travelled for Bonnaroo festival so the location was an easy 20 minute drive to the festival. The room itself was disappointing for what we paid. The air conditioner was VERY dated and extremely loud and woke both of us up throughout the entire night. At one point it stopped working and we were unable to get in contact with the staff for assistance. Finicky light switches and odd quirks that made things harder to use that should be basic. No housekeeping that provided fresh sheets, basic trash swap or new towels. The staff called each morning very early to ask if we needed anything, but most hotels just have a set routine ready. We’re pretty sure there were pubic hairs on one of the “clean” towels that were initially provided. Holes in the bedding which was also very dated and in poor condition. Same with carpet. Beds were not full sized, I believe a twin sized. The listing claims free internet, but that was not found. No password within the room or information provided on how to access. The fridge was frozen inside and the ice took up half of the fridge. Overall, clean enough to sleep for the night but very old and dingy. For what we paid, my expectation would be higher. In need of a total update, a thorough cleaning and fresh restart. If you can, I would go elsewhere but it is fine as an absolute last resort.

There was loitering, arguing from other rooms, other loud noises. Blatant drug use. This property needs serious help.

The property very clearly says no smoking, yet as soon as you enter the building you can smell people up and down the hallways smoking cigarettes in their rooms. It’s so bad that you can smell it in your own room. The place is practically falling apart and in desperate need of repairs and updates, there was also an ant infestation in the bathroom of all places. Seriously disappointed with my stay.

The only thing that was good about this place was the price. The front desk staff are rude and do not seem to care about customers. It's a foreign guy at the counter who is very hard to understand. He then got upset with my staff because we were trying to get an understanding.

The price was right.
