No place to sit outside of the hotel to smoke, the chairs arrown the pool were upside down and pool area closed

Close and convenient to get around to a lot of restaurants and easy access to Motlow State College The floors were kind of dirty in the room. The outside appearance is not the best. It doesn’t look great but inside it’s not bad and it’s Saph area. Easy to walk to restaurants. Wish the pool is open.

The staff was as excellent the rooms were well kept up, the only thing that needs to be changed is the pillows. They were very uncomfortable too small they were for children, only not for adults. The complimentary. breakfast was excellent.Other than that, everything was great.Thank you again

Pillows were flat. The bathtub had a Crack in the corner on the bottom I was worried to take a shower since it was on the upper level. Breakfast didn't look appetizing when I checked out.

The pool was a cesspool. Not open. The breakfast was not good. No muffins or Danish. Just plain bread for toast. Juice machine out of order. Waffle batter ?. The consistency of water. Very disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay. nothing noteworthy. Juice machine was out of order. Only stayed one night so tolerated inconveniences.

Everything was good with the facility but they need to have pest control come and spray for bugs. I seen a baby roach in the bathroom What i didn't like was that payment was made the day I checked in the hotel $187.00 was pending in my account but on that Saturday morning they went in my account and took another $93.00 out my account. The manger try to said it was because they broke the two night up but why did u take more money from my account. Then the Manger said it would go back to my card. I've never had a hotel do this and that's something that needs to be looked at because you messing up people's accounts. I booked threw booking. Com. That's who the payment goes threw but the hotel itself took the extra money itself. Not good business

Nice updated room. Loved the wood ceiling. Room was spotless The chair had a gross looking stain. Better to just get rid of that and not have a chair in the room because everything else was so clean.

The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm they all started their vehicles and roared off into the night. The continental breakfast consisted of fruit loops and cornflakes, scrambled eggs from a microwave, frozen sausage still half frozen, watery Belgian waffles, watered down orange juice and lukewarm coffee. If you are looking for a nice place to relax, this is not the place for you. If you just want a cheap place for a short visit, maybe.

Location For the last 6 years my husband and I have chosen the Quality Inn to stay at while visiting family in Tullahoma. It was affordable and convenient. We’ve noticed the last couple of stays it has declined. The most recent stay when arriving to the room we found old food was left on the tv cabinet. The sheets on one of the beds you could tell were never changed finding stains, black pilling and black hairs throughout which really turned my stomach. The chair next to the bed was so disgustingly stained you would never think of using it. Towels had black grease marks on them probably from the laundry facility but, then you don’t put them out for guests. The metal bed frames are very noisy with every move. When the friendly cleaning staff came around we asked to have the sheets changed and they did accommodate.
