Rooms are super clean and nice. Didn't have a coffee pot or coffee in the office Other than that it was nice

The rooms itself was decent The parking lot and a lot bit of the staff I have to ring the bell twice maybe 3 for someone to show up. I was very patient 3 of those times ??♂️ and the pillows Suck!

The property is very old, there are signs of improvement, our room was minimal, clean, & comfortable. There were kids riding bikes in the dark, which can be a hazard if a car driver doesn’t see them. There were also some kids riding around on bikes blasting a boom box but did stop before 9 pm.

The location is ok. Close to interstate 44 and restaurants They don't offer breakfast.

Owner was very accomodating to my request for a quiet non-smoking room away from other guests!

Basic, Clean and quiet No complaints

Was not impressed. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Bathroom extremely hot from bad insulation. No coffee maker as advertised. Stayed at Value Inn Lebanon MS. previously and thought it was great and try another one of their properties. Not even close. Will not try another.

This is just your lowest level motel. Place is pretty rundown, but clean. It's situated very close to the highway so you hear a lot of noise. The various rooms are located around a field, with a parking spot in front of each room. It needs to be said that the desk clerk was friendly, but the rest was slightly eerie. Several broken down cars covered in dust and work missing parts were parked here and there. Not a soul to be seen anywhere though. My stay was perfect nevertheless, so if you just need to sleep its perfectly okay if you don't have any high expectations and know how the dead bolt works. Talking about beds; this one was heavenly. There are probably places that offer better value for the money. I wouldn't know.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were newly updated. 100% recommend best value in all of Tulsa. I will start coming here twice a month when I stay in Tulsa totally worth it safe clean all newly updated. Nice hot shower. It’s like the Holiday Inn Inn just doesn’t have breakfast, but that’s OK. You save over $100 staying somewhere else so this is your best value for your buck kid friendly has pending and ice machine and again the staff is just so amazing. I loved everything there was nothing not to like

No coffee machine. TV channels were stuck at the Golf channel. After we let them know, it didn't get fixed. We had to call for the wifi password. The mini fridge freezer section was leaking and melting. We had to clean and put towels inside the fridge. The top shelf of the closet space was dusty and there were no hangers. There were a few shady looking residents hanging outside the rooms.

Quiet carpark and location Small window

I was happy to be inside and have heat and hot water. Filthy. Hair everywhere- bedding, floors, bed. There was a bug in my shower when I woke up.
-
Property parking lot was well lit. Rooms were nice.

Location Really outdated and a bit scary. You park in front of your room. Inside the room was okay but noisy and rundown outside.
-
The bed was pretty uncomfortable… but that’s a matter of opinion. The heat didn’t seem to work so well.

The location was close to the downtown event we attended. The rooms were clean, and in good shape. I could tell that some things had been updated recently. The inside of both rooms were pleasant and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Although staff were kind and helpful, the check-in/office area was rather bare and seemed out of date. The surrounding area (several highways converge nearby/ semi-industrial part of town) made me somewhat uneasy. I was glad to be staying at the hotel with friends, and not by myself.
