It was okay Gave me a room that wasn’t ready not clean from last guest . One of the staff knocked hard on my door at 4:30am and opened the door just to say sorry my bad. Needless to say I was a wake at 4:30am breakfast was only waffle and orange juice no spread

The place itself was amazing but the stuff was probably one of our worst experiences at a hotel. The took the fifty dollar deposit off our card three times and it takes days to get back what they messed up. My dad was on a work trip and it almost emptied his bank trying to simply get a room for the night after he broke down. He had to borrow money to get him the rest of the way home cause he only counted on being charged for the room not $150 extra

Good price comfortable bed Noisy due to kiddos above us and running around, area was a little questionable but overall cheap and safe

No coffee at breakfast otherwise good food and drinks

My location for what I needed. Friendly staff. The handy cap shower in our room. Not designed correctly, it floods the bathroom, you might as well skip the shower or you'll fall in your butt not enough towels to soak all the water up. Shower floor needs to be redesigned for safety. Not enough big towels..I took no pictures, as I did not know they were going to request a review

One thing that could be...

The front desk staff was exceptional helpful. Room was excellent, clean and quiet. The location is excellent, Waffle House, McDonalds, QT station, all within a block. The breakfast appeared to only be waffles. Maybe I was early arriving just after 6am and items were yet to be put out. So I skipped your breakfast.

When I got to the room the fire alarm was twirping, and there was a wet spot on the floor. The repairman came and fixed it right away and dried the floor and replaced the missing light bulbs that we realized were gone when he went to turn on lights. The bed was not comfortable and when he went to take a shower the next morning the knob was disconnected from the shower and just setting there. I ended up sponge bathing. Breakfast was a yogurt. There were no Danishes or bagels. No hot water for the oatmeal. I tried to use the sink water, but it wasn't hot enough, so I took my yogurt and left. This does not count as a breakfast! The staff was very nice at the front desk, and the repairman, but too many other things were bad. I would not stay there again.

Convenient to restaurants, McDonald's is practically in the parking lot which was good for us after a long day of travel with pets. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Was told they only had an upstairs room available, but we seen several rooms below us thay were not taken that night. Not certain if we were treated differently since utilizing booking.com for the room.

Close to the highway and within 10 minutes of great Tulsa shopping and dining. Staff was very nice.
