Nothing The water went out to the whole hotel half way through dying my husbands hair so we could not wash it out. It was a nightmare. They had no idea when it would get fixed they had to call someone to come. I had to use bottle water to get the dye out. The floors were so nasty. I had to mop them by hand with a washcloth that came back brown when I was done and there was some kind of oily substance all over the sides of the bed, and there was black hair on the sheets. And we hadn't even used the bed yet. Had to go buy sheets, just so we could go to bed. And this was before the water went out worst stay at a hotel I've ever had.

I was charged $63 for the room, then $50 for deposit, came out to $113. Then I was charged $50 more ... went to talk to the front office, they said I would get the $50. Back plus my $50 deposit.. this was on the 25th it is now the 29th and have not received, the $50 for deposit or the $50 they charged extra.... I need # who I can contact about this......

We never stayed the night due to the room being full of black mold

They guys at the front desk when checking in were super nice and helpful and the room was clean The bathroom was kinda small
-
I liked the location but there was no hot water and maybe what looked like a bullet hole stuffed with a kleenex in the front door. Lots of questionable noises all night. Didn't sleep well. Cut stay short. Otherwise it was great!

Parking by my door. Getting ice was not convenient.

Everything was comfortable. The staff was awesome and accommodating. I had to go to the hospital and the staff are keeping my belongings safe till I can recover them. I plan on booking more dates with this No dislikes. When the laundry room washer wasn't working, they got on it immediately and it was repaired.

Smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on bed cover Security lock was broken Toilet was wobbly like it was fully attached I was told about a pet deposit but was charged 2 different deposits and they both went thru on my card.

It was in a good location. Night manager man was absolutely awesome! We weren't bothered and we enjoyed quiet.

We booked a non-smoking room, but the room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we first reported the issue, the staff refused to change our room. After further discussion, they eventually agreed to move us to another room. We appreciate that the problem was ultimately resolved, but the initial refusal was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

It was simple and easy for an overnight stay for surgery. It was ok for what it was. Budget friendly. I found a bug in the bed. Idk if it was a bed bug but it was alive. I killed it and further checked the bed. I didn't see anymore. I didn't ask for a room change bc I figured it possible they were all that way. Needless to say, we were there very long bc I had to be gone by 230 to make it to the hospital. I probably wouldn't stay again bc the location was also awkward.
