This place is disgusting. The stairs are being held up by a luggage cart.

It was good all the way around

The staff immediately lied when I checked in, saying I had booked a smoking room, which I absolutely did not and never do as I am not a smoker. The room was disgusting. There were cockroaches and flies buzzing around, and it was thick with the smell of smoke, which seemed to get worse as the night progressed. Bad stuff, bad room, not clean, disgusting

Pool was amazing ? close to plaza where you can shop and dine.thank you Ronnie for being so helpfull.

Room was Not clean upon arrival. Door did NOT lock. Room was not clean

Absolutely nothing It smelled bad it was dirty the bed were SO HARD

Guy in the lobby was awesome and the pool was well maintained

I had gnats and roachs in my room it felt like a prison cell looked like druggies all over trash and debris all over the property

There was a dip in the middle of the bed and the comforter smelt bad

Nothing It is used for a half way house for drug ushers and people who get out of prison I didn’t feel safe at all and got approached by 4 different men just trying to get my stuff out of my vehicle I called the staff and told him I didn’t feel safe and I wanted to leave he said he couldn’t refund me for 48 hours and have to fight with booking.com and if anyone knocked on my door to call the police the room was a mess the tv didn’t work there was no smoke detector only wires sticking out of the ceiling the shower head was black taped together and a whole drawer was missing out of the whole dressser someone was blasting g music all night and the next morning so loud it sound like it was in my room I took pics and videos of everything including the music in case anyone wants to see

My floor had a big puddle of water from the air conditioner and I was given three small rags to clean it up with and the fact that I had to clean it myself. And I also had to sweep and mop the floors because they were dirty

The floor had a big puddle of water by the air conditioner. I asked for some towels to clean it up. And I got three small rags.i cleaned up the water using those small rags and my own towel. After cleaning it up. I saw where it was leaking from and put the trash can under to catch the water

The door looked like it had been kicked in a few times. Not the cleanest. Fair value for 46 bucks. Would i stay again? Yes. Would i want my family here without me? No. Just a little sketch, no gunshots.

It was extremely unsafe and the manager made it even more unsafe for me. He willing accomplices people trying to harm me and I would like a full refund for my stay there

I loved waking up to roaches crawling on me or maintenance going in the room with me as I went in to repair light sockets on the first room I really hated the fact that multiple drug addicts knocked on the door looking for the drug dealer that was last in there and then found him a few doors down

The microwave didn't work and the shower head was taped up and leaking.
