Gave me the wrong room then refused to change it or give me a refund. Had to leave the same night and find another hotel

We stayed for 1 night and had 2 rooms. The staff was fine, but the rooms were terrible. Broken couch, food left in the fridge, and a terrible smell through the entire hotel. Breakfast was barely edible and lots of the machines were broken. Would never stay there again.

Great stay everything was good! Need some type of vending machine or stock the mini store! Otherwise no complaints! Pool should be functional during the summer heat hot weather!

The property was clean and we were able to get an accessible room. The TV, however, did not work. The box was exchanged, but we were unable to lower the volume or turn it off from the remote. The refrigerator also did not work.

The room was fine but we needed extra pillows and blankets and was told they were all dirty and they didn't have extras. Room was clean.

The room had a strange smell. Husband thought it smelt like dirty socks. The bathtub was not very clean.

The facilities were clean and the staff friendly, however my room was noisy. The refrigerator started making noise like a washing machine during the night

Room was clean, although the shower didn’t have any pressure and shower curtain wasn’t long enough so water was all over the floor. There was no way of preventing it. Overall, staff was friendly, room clean, bed was comfortable.
