I hope they can give me my money back

Didn’t stay at the hotel. Got into the room it was absolutely filthy there were large roaches running around the curtains and the couch had big tares in them. The man at the desk was very rude

Upon arriving we were told they did not have any clean rooms and that we shold stay at a "nicer hotel". No joke, the whole experience was sort of sketchy an unnerving. He held up 5 - 6 rooms keys and siad al the keys had been returned by others as the rooms had bugs and roaches. We did not stay based on comments by staff and had to find another hotel very late in the night. Was not EZ. I contacted Rassel at Hotels.com the night of the 19th once we left the hotel and cancelled our 2 rooms for 2 nights and do not expect any charges.

Upon walking in, we were promptly greeted by three cockroaches, two which were smashed into the carpet and countertops, a blatant assurance cleanliness is a priority for visitors to ABV Extended Stay Tulsa. The other roach was running up the wall to the countertop, in a rush to welcome us to Tulsa. The cigarette burns in the furniture were quite lovely, along with the microwave that was obviously found in the city dump & installed into this luxury hotel. The black dots atop the bed indicated several more bugs were ready to welcome us. A health hazard in every room is to be commended! My stay lasted 10 minutes, 5 which were telling the lady at the desk we wanted a refund and she said no problem- giving vibes that this is a common request. It takes a special kind of audacity to rent a crime scene to visitors of your city & business. I’ve yet to receive my refund so am looking forward to sending my videos and photos of this place to the proper authorities along to city inspectors. I’m sure they’ll find this review, and others, quite informational and an example of neglectful and abhorrent safety standards. The air quality should be sampled and studied in a lab, a fine specimen for breakthrough research.

I had made a reservation months in advance for 2 rooms. Confirmed by telephone 2 days prior to arrival. we I arrived the clerk said they had no rooms for us - there had been a situation and rooms not available. No notification prior to my arrival and best teh clerk could do was give me a phone number to a hotel 20 miles away and direct me to try to find rooms with that hotel.

property looked in disrepair. I had a reservation for 2 rooms and confirmed by telephone with the physical location 2 days prior to arrival. When we arrived hotel clerk said the had no availability and gave me a phone number to try to book a hotel 20 miles away. Travelocity should not be working with this hotel.

This felt like we were squatting in a crack house. The bed seemed clean enough so we decided to stay but the next morning noticed bugs. The bed was broken. Everything was in dire condition.
-
Very dirty, no trash can, no extra towels or blankets at the front desk.
-
Disgusting. Wife walked into room and immediately turned around and said we're going somewhere else. Staff was good and understanding. Not their fault the condition of the hotel.
-
Side note- the room picture makes it look decent, its not, whoch i took closeup pics Also have video unable to upload.

It was a nasty hotel invested with bed bug the hotel pictures that they show you of hotel are fake that hotel looks nothing like pictures it was trashy.People we’re outside fighting and yelling ,went to put a complaint and nobody came out ,there was no one there so we left the hotel at 1am in morning and found Motel 6 was way better

The bathroom door had been kicked in at some point. Safety latch on door was broke off. Room didnt look like it had ever been cleaned. Couldnt get any towels. Had to dry off with a wash rag. If i hadt gotten there at like 1130 every night i wouldve found somewhere else to stay. Just told myself you are only sleeping here. Was in a room that was ajoining and that door even looked like it had been kicked in at some point. I didnt even think to take pictures

My kids were threatened and when arriving at the hotel they told us to go buy our own towels and that housekeeping only comes 1 times a week to clean.
-
We did not stay , pack up and went to another hotel. The place was this a dump. Not fit to stay in. I would be better to sleep by the dumpster then in the room.

This place was a dump, the first room they put us in should be condemned. We should have left.
