SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Tulsa East

Hotel seemed to be under some sort of renovation. However, guests should not stay in the rooms under current renovation. Bathroom ceiling was not completed with dry wall and painting. There was previous guests food in the refrigerator. The carpet was vacuumed but not everywhere. The eggs for breakfast were cold coming from the hot warmer. No pepper or condiments available that are usually provided.

The staff and everything were GREAT!! I had no issues.

I normally love hotel room pillows everywhere but these were not great, and the beds were very firm and I have back issues so was a rough night

Location Door locks did not work. They never clean my room. There were no towels in my room. An the ice machine did not work.

Staff was polite and professional. Noise from freeway. Ask for extra towels and did not get them. Had to ask again.

Clean, spacious, safe, well kept Breakfast was very small

The tub was good The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was nothing like they mentioned it would be online. Housekeeping didnt bring us towels like we requested. Also the air conditioner smelled weird when it turned on and there was no smoke alarm. And a phone but no where to plug it up. The ice machine on our floor also didnt work so we had to go down to the 1st floor

The hotel check in staff called the police because we were sitting in our car drinking.

Breakfast was a little weak but it worked My tv remote was not working

Hot inside lobby and room, elevator wasn’t working, stairway narrow to my floor, room smaller than pictures, no waffles. AC worked good once it was turned on. Won’t stay there again.

Great location, easy access to the highway. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Room was spacious. Friendly staff. I Parking was somewhat limited. Had to park in the adjacent hotel’s lot. Not much of a breakfast option, eggs, sausage and cereal is all I saw. It didn’t affect me any, but there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room. The ice machine on the second floor didn’t work.
