SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Tulsa East

Fridge didn’t work.

It was a comfortable stay.

Only thing I liked was the bed.

Clean rooms, very spacious and in a great location. Also, very friendly staff member. It’s hard to find where the stairs are. There needs to be more signage for that.

bathroom needs remodeling. bathroom towels need to be trashed they are extremely old, hard, dark in color, not soft to skin. Breakfast was not a best western Breakfast that I am use too. Never put a used gallon of milk out for everyone to use

I left my Apple Watch in my room and the housekeeper stole it.

Size of the room, clean room, microwave in room, The exterior, the building outside door not working, the water pudding / slowly draining in the tub, room door would bounce back open when coming (had to push close and lock)

Breakfast was fine but wish they had more variety Needs an elevator for handicapped people who have to climb up 16steps to get to the 2nd floor room

Hotel seemed to be under some sort of renovation. However, guests should not stay in the rooms under current renovation. Bathroom ceiling was not completed with dry wall and painting. There was previous guests food in the refrigerator. The carpet was vacuumed but not everywhere. The eggs for breakfast were cold coming from the hot warmer. No pepper or condiments available that are usually provided.

More variety would be great

Clean, nice room, very accommodating staff No restaurant in hotel, no restaurants within walking distance (I had no car), vending machines were out of order or just partially in order. Their ‘room service’ system had only two restaurants on it and one was closed. Free breakfast was marginal.

Staff was kind. The first room they gave us was dirty (they had not cleaned it from the last person who stayed). They gave us a new room but that room was not the cleanest either, bedsheets had stains, and there is a dirty french fry in the corner of the hotel room next to the desk (stayed in room 107). House keeping never came into our hotel room once, (I did not have the dnd sign on the door ), as I was hoping they would come in. Bathroom could look nicer as well. I mean for low cost hotel it wasent not bad, I just wish it looked and felt clean.

The staff and everything were GREAT!! I had no issues.

Smelled very clean and looked nice on inside and outside. Was nice to have microwave and fridge in room . Shower water pressure was great The noice from the big highway was unfortunately very loud , sirens , big trucks. I normally love hotel room pillows everywhere but these were not great, and the beds were very firm and I have back issues so was a rough night

Location Door locks did not work. They never clean my room. There were no towels in my room. An the ice machine did not work.
