Quality Inn Tulsa Central

We had two towels in our room (for four people). When we asked for two more and maybe for a hand towel, we were told that there were no other towels and were given two wash cloths. The security lock on the main door and the connecting door were both broken.

No clean, no WiFi, breakfast is worst, no phone , no customer care, no soap

Not safe people roaming around the building all night. Smoke detector removed. Not clean environment

I booked an hour before getting to the hotel, for 3 days. I paid and ended up having to leave after two days. They didn't refund me for the 3rd day.

Ask for nonsmoking room with a king bed ended up in a room with two beds.Both beds had burn marks on the blankets.Smelled horrible floor was dirty, had old french fries and paper on.It would not recommend this hotel.

It was horrible People where harassing me

Convenience Cleanliness... room smelled horrible, tub and bathroom had hair all over and the tub was stained up. Continental breakfast was a joke.

All in all not a bad stay just a few hiccups hopefully by the next time we have to come and stay they will have them fixed staff was friendly and tried to communicate us

Aside from a new population of homeless people hanging around after dark....the hotel was as it should be clean and able to park next to my room door A new homeless population hanging around and sleeping on the stairs....luckily I had 3 dogs with me

The front desk worker Woman was very nice works nights The Ac was not working and a shelf in bathroom was rotted and fell

Nothing It was the worst hotel property. Canceled the reservation and found another hotel.

Additionally, the breakfast drinks were watered down, and the waffle maker was not functioning properly.

Location and that is it Everything about the stay the staff the rooms were disgustingly dirty the smell the breakfast health department needs to be called honestly pictures of place on line were very deceiving

Representatives from Expedia began calling five days before our arrival to say our reservation was canceled and needed to make new reservations at a different hotel. It was very suspicious because they sound suspicious. I called the Quality Inn they verified our rooms had not been canceled. I arrived and was told there wasn't a reservation and didn't exist. After calling Expedia they verified reservation. It is my belief because of the event in town, our rooms were canceled to charge more money for the room. The room had no towels, and the carpet hadn't been vacuum, you could see out from the doors from the bottom and side, short staff, breakfast was a poor, the lobby was deceiving compared to the cleanliness of the hotel, the elevator wasn't functional, some guest said there was condom wraps were in the drawer, I dare not to open the fridge, drugs in the night stands. Maybe I expected too much. I am grateful for there was a room available. The stairwells need to be uo to code.

Nothing There was no shower curtain in the shower and bugs in the bathroom. Also there was no effort to quiet guests being way to loud at 1 in the morning

Did not eat Room was not clean bedding was dirty Beer bottles and trash left in room overall very bad experience for me. I would like a refund almost immediately.

well my first room was so so dirty had not been cleaned empty water and soda bottles trash on the floor, tv did not work the attendant got me to another room quickly it was much cleaner but very ran down. burn holes in sheets and bed covers bathtub and countertops was dirty there was people in and out of the rooms all hours, like the people did drugs not kid friendly was actually worried about items in my car, breakfast was a joke canned gravy cold
