I like staying here

No blackout curtains and it's very loud so if you want to sleep I don't recommend

There is no soap to wash your hands, much less shampoo. I arrived to check in at 11 and I had to wait for 1 hour for someone to come to see me because they close the front desk after 8:00 pm

The Expedia listing says 24 hours. I arrived at 2:45 am exhausted from 12 hours driving. The staff would not provide a room saying policy won’t allow rooms after 2am. I had to sleep in car as other hotels were sold out in the area.

Honored our booking even though our flight was delayed, then cancelled and we could not get to our room until a day after the booking was reserved for.

Always very nice. Very helpful. Clean rooms and the staff is amazing. Will not stay nowhere else but here. It's like my new home away from home. Thank you guys for everything that you guys do for us on a daily basis

First off when I walked in there was no one up front the they took forever to come. He was an ass to a girl that was waiting for her food and almost caused a fight. Don’t think the guy was having a great night. Then I was told to leave after they charged me for the room and wasn’t given a refund

Best long term stay that I have had in Tulsa! Great room, incredible grounds, and amazing staff!! Dog friendly as well!! Great hotel, great stay!

The only good thing about this hotel is it has hot water and the toilet flush.

Stove did not work, drawers did not work, tv also didn’t work. Let the staff know when we first moved in they said they would have someone come fix these things, never happened. Then they kicked us out cause maintenance thought we were “smoking in the room” however that was not true we told them they could check the cameras as my partner had just came in from smoking out side. But they sat with that and kicked us out refusing to refund us for 6 additional days we already had booked. They sent us to corporate which sent us back to them. Expedia tried to dispute as well and they had to schedule an appt with the manager for the next day at 3:30 and everytime they called the “manager was never available.” The elevators always stink and the stairwells are always dirty as well. There was a condom wrapper by the bed as well which proves the cleaning is not the best.

It wasn’t the greatest but also wasn’t the worst. It served its purpose. It was one of the least expensive for the timeframe I needed. The staff was really great but the room was a bit dirty. It also smelled terrible when the air was on. It was a moldy and pee smell. You do not het daily housekeeping. It’s kind of like being in your own apartment.

Not a safe place, room was disgusting, smelled bad, toilet was left dirty, mose dropping on furniture. Left immediately! Would not recommend!! Asked for a refund was told my card would not be charged, but they did charge my card
