Do Not book a room here, you will be very disappointed. I had problems from the day I checked in. First of all, the place smelled like water damage (mold). The door to my room was warped and wouldn't shut properly. The refrigerator rubber seals were worn, with leaking water on the shelves. Clean towels were hanging on a totally rusted towel rack. The TV didn't have any service and the a/c unit blew out cool moldy fan air, it smelled like moisture had built up inside the unit. I also had a difficult time getting a refund, and still have to be reimbursed $40!! Keep in mind, that I traveled all the way from Cincinnati, OH, it was my first time ever in Tulsa, OK and I had booked this location 3 weeks in advance, only to discover it's an extended stay for folks in need of housing. Thank GOD I had friends in the area to take me in or this vacation would have been a pure disaster. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! 🤑

It took me over 1 hour to check in. Nobody was at the front desk. They had a phone number to call, which lead to a disconnected number. When I final found a number on the internet, the desk clerk was untrained. They also had an upcharge which I am disputing, because the price I paid was supposed to be the total.

Room was dirty the floor was sticky the hotel smelled bad the furniture was broken and the lights did not work besides the lamp one

Need to fix elevator to be used at night and need to add pots and pans even for short stays and needed a shower curtain.

The bathroom had hair in tub and toilet. Overall of the price I guess it’s OK but when you go there, you need to be conscious of where you are.

I thought the tv was nice I brought my firestick and didn’t even need it The lights wasn’t working unless I just didn’t know how to operate them properly

When I arrived my room was either occupied by another person who was not there or had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and towels were dirty.

Smoking in the hallway. Marijuana smell throughout the building. Elevator not working. I was on the 4th floor. It was not a safe environment! I left and booked somewhere else.

Professional service It was sort of difficult to find on a secluded road across street from an apartment complex

The location was a little distance from restaurants and shopping. But I liked everything else just fine

I recommend no one enless you just absolutely have to get a room because there is no other way around it Nasty place

It was a terrible experience from the time I entered the lobby. The girl at the desk acted like she didn't care that we were there. The place seemed almost like a halfway house. There was no one on staff after 6 i think. Went down to get coffee at 7 in the morning, which is when the sign said it would be open and available, and nothing worked and no one was there. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the tub was clean. Asked about new towels the second day and the same girl at the desk said if "I" bring the used ones down there I could have 2 new ones. Overall it was a terrible stay and if I hadn't paid in advance I wouldn't have stayed there.

I love it. I will all stay here. The staff was very helpful and they make you feel at home. I encourage people to stay here. It is truly beautiful and comfortable. Thank you again

The staff was nice. And the room and surroundings are very well kept up. But the one person that was very attentive and super helpful was definitely Ysia. She truly made a difference when it counted. I'm super glad and happy of my choice to stay here. Ysia , I truly can't thank you enough for everything you've done. It's people like you that make people like me be happy to come to our home away from home.
