The property was under construction. The lobby, restaurant and bar all closed. I will stay here again but would have like to have known about the major renovations at time of booking.

The air conditioning unit was not working. I reported it twice and. The lady said she would send maintenance up and never did. I slept hot! There was a roach in my room. Worst experience ever!

It's walking distance from everything in FairPark...major renovation going on that was not mentioned...they weren't even booked up during the Elvis Festival, likely due to the renovations.

If you do not make to your first night for some reason they will cancel your room as a no show.I had prepaid and got charged again.They were remodeling the hotel.The a/C did not cool the room well.

Would have been nice to know hotel was under renovation before booking. No amenities available. To be a Hilton property and the price was very disappointed. We even tried to find another hotel and pay double since it was too late to cancel this room.

The location It was under construction there was nowhere to hang out except outside, no bathrooms, except for in your room and tired of all the construction

I wish I had know it was going through renovations before I booked. There was a strong smell no matter where you went. Soon as we entered our room it smelled like chemicals. In the hallway a new bad smell. In the main area. I have been at hotels with renovations but this is probably one of the worst ones. The smells really affected my headache.
