Hotel was undergoing construction. Expedia didn’t mention that upon booking . Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!!

The property is under construction. I was here earlier in the year when Work was being done, but the front desk was still operational… This time, there were a couple of tables set up in another area, and it was all very disjointed. Additionally, while I reserved my room several weeks ago, when I arrived after the 3 PM check-in time, it was not ready. I was finally allowed in after 4 PM. The construction didn’t bother me nearly as much as my room not being ready despite having a prior reservation. The location is very convenient, so I will probably book here again as long as the construction is complete.

Staff was great. Hotel was under major construction, which was kind of a pain. However, a very nice stay.

Staff was amazing and Hotel was nice. Bridget was so friendly and sweet and so was all the staff. Can’t wait to see the updates next year!

It was a nice place but they were under renovation at the time we were there. Overall good stay though!

The hotel was under construction and a mess. Because of damage to the pool we were unable to swim. The restaurant was unavailable because of construction. The light next to the door did not work.

The property was under construction. The lobby, restaurant and bar all closed. I will stay here again but would have like to have known about the major renovations at time of booking.

The air conditioning unit was not working. I reported it twice and. The lady said she would send maintenance up and never did. I slept hot! There was a roach in my room. Worst experience ever!

It's walking distance from everything in FairPark...major renovation going on that was not mentioned...they weren't even booked up during the Elvis Festival, likely due to the renovations.

If you do not make to your first night for some reason they will cancel your room as a no show.I had prepaid and got charged again.They were remodeling the hotel.The a/C did not cool the room well.
