SureStay Hotel by Best Western Tupelo North

It was clean and the staff were friendly and also everything worked There's no elevator so if you're on the third floor you got a lug your stuff up some stairs. And it's kind of an outdated place.

It was cheap. There was no blankets on the bed. Just a paper thin coverlet. There was no ice machine.

The room was clean and great for the price point. No one was in the lobby at 10 AM on a Sunday when I needed to check out, so I kept ringing the bell and calling the building until I finally had to leave. Had to keep calling on my way out of town until I finally got ahold of someone who could help me check out. Otherwise, an excellent stay at a budget hotel for work.

Didn’t stay ! Location was bad ,looked unsafe for a family. Never checked in , wife refused to stay ! Trash in parking lot, building very dated .

Convenient to many things the city offers. The owner/manager was extremely nice upon checking in. A situation arose the next day and he handled it immediately. I will be back in the near future

The room was excellent, people at the front seat- very nice, a little back from the road but it was nice and quiet!

Place behind another motel. Door locked in front office at 330 pm. Back stairs were messy with trash on steps. Ice machine not working! It was just an ok stop for the night!

Tub to work. Hold water. Stopper was messed up. Have free gifts baggies for the customers

Very clean and comfortable stay. Keys were a bit finicky but overall not a huge issue!

Just needed a room for the night while driving to Gulf Shores. One of the lower priced rooms in Tupelo so you can't expect much. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Overall pretty good deal.

The manager was very friendly. From a value perspective, this room is an excellent deal. The room was clean with no bad smoke smells, the bed was comfortable enough, and there were no disturbing noises from the air conditioner or refrigerator.

My only complaint is breakfast. Everything was fine except no meat or eggs or pancakes etc only cereal, toast, pastries. Not a very hearty or filling breakfast. Everything else was satisfactory.

Was supposed to have ground level floor, but had to walk up a ramp and across the walkway to get to the floor very difficult when handicapped. Room was dirty, no coffee in room, breakfast was the grab and go where it was basically a bowl of cereal and some cinnamon rolls. Not many cars there not many stay there old and outdated would not waste your time on it. Stay somewhere else.

It's definitely a hidden gem. Mrs. Sangeeta is the absolute sweetest and her husband and the one other employee are super nice as well. The only problem I can complain about is that the bathroom light and fan are connected to each other so you can't just turn on one.

Property was clean.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Nothing, was what we expected.

Easy access to my vehicle, it wasn't crowed. We stayed on 3rd floor and the ac was awful. It was very hot in the rooms. And their was a large gap at the bottom of door frame.

Kool Everything was good

Our room was clean and in a good area! We stayed on our way to and from our vacation spot, having the same room both times. The owner was very kind and waited up for our arrival. I was pretty chilly in my room and there were no extra blankets. We had to keep the air cranked on to cancel out the summer heat/humidity, but it made it quite cold in the room. On our second pass-through, though, I had remembered to bring my own blanket. Problem solved!
