Breakfast was reasonably priced, $10.95 Buffet, however all the food was COLD. Even waited for another tray of eggs and from the kitchen they were COLD. Bacon, sausage, COLD, and the gravy for biscuits was COLD. I was charged $4.00 for hot tea, but no charge for coffee! Why this is, I requested a refund and gave them a tea bag back.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was fresh. The room was clean. The room needs to be updated for $200/night.

Enjoyed the stay, was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included like was listed and had to pay a ticket for breakfast. Overall good experience will stay again. That I had to pay for breakfast

I paid for a king room, and booking.com requested for anything that was available at check end. So disappointed in booking .com.

Other than this glaring issue, it was a GREAT stay and a wonderful hotel experience.

Fantastic staff, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help with all requests. Restaurant staff were great! Food good too. No tea making facilities in our room just a coffee machine. We weren’t left enough toilet paper, only one paper cup but all requests quickly sorted.

The Hotel is very nicely maintained and attractive. The staff are well-meaning but could be better trained in common sense customer service. Pack your patience and keep smiling.
