The staff were excellent, nice location, hotel was was in good shape. Our only issue was the TV or remote was not good. I think the remote was the problem. It barely worked and sometimes not at all. The only other issue was the faucet in the bathroom.. the water never got hot. I will say the bed was good and the A/C was excellent. It does seem hotel A/C systems are really bad now days, but this one in our room was top notch. Overall, our stay was great, except for the TV and faucet issue.

Staff was friendly, location was very walkable, didn't dine in but the atmosphere looked good. Gym was adequate, could use refill/upkeep of sanitizing wipes. Treadmills positioned poorly for safety behind blind corner...easily adjustable things. Great for a nice, quiet, convenient stay.

3-4th time staying at Hotel Tupelo. Convenient, central, walkable location. Well designed. Clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Low-key festive restaurant/bar ideal for brunch and drinks/apps in the evening.

No place to eat breakfast in hotel because opens late. No microwave

Love everything about it. Super nice people all around. My only critique, not a criticism, is it would be nice to have coffee available in the lobby or restaurant in the early morning hours on the weekends. The restaurant doesn’t open until 9 am on Saturday and Sunday. I realize there are coffee makers in the rooms, but there were three of us husbands in the lobby at 630 am Saturday looking for coffee so we could let our spouses sleep in. Had to drive down the street. Making it in the room would wake them. Small potatoes and just a suggestion. Not a complaint. Thanks so much. We’ll be back.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Loved the room. The location was great.

It has a hip vibe and the room was very nice. The staff was very nice as well but again I kind of wanted the restaurant to be better for dinner. Unfortunately, I did not think the restaurant was very good, it has nice atmosphere, but the food was not the greatest. Our waitress was super nice, but the cocktail was nothing special and I kind of wanted a really well-made cocktail and food that was a cut above.
