Miles at the front desk was wonderful. Very professional and helpful

I needed to do some work and the area under the desk was not clean with some food waste and some old cocktail sticks. The shower also did not work properly and the temperature was cold on two occasions. Last night I was there the fire alarm went off repeatedly. I am not picky and I don't like writing negative reviews but I was disappointed with my stay.

The room was fair, not the best. The shower door needed repair and it wasn't that clean. You could see the orange mold in the corners. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided was not good. It was an overnight stay so I figured I didn't have to bring all of my "stuff" and was disappointed about that. I thought since it was a Marriott, they would have better quality toiletries. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I guess it was because I booked this through a third party, Hotels.com and that's why our room wasn't the greatest. My husband went to get a cup of coffee in the morning and was charged $9. When we checked out, he mentioned this to the concierge and she said there was complimentary coffee where you check in and check out. He didn't know and she was very gracious and credited his card for the coffee. The girl at the restaurant that charged him for the coffee never said he could get complimentary coffee at the lobby. The hotel lobby was a tad above average.

Not much it was clean and the staff were very nice and friendly also helpful Room was very small and the TV volume was extremely low

The staff were amazing and courteous! Hotel and room was clean, and nice view from balcony. The restaurant had really good food too! Awesome place

The room was kept clean. We ran the pipe forever trying to get hot water. I am convinced it is rationed at certain times of the day, never hot only luke warm. While Breakfast was decent, almost the same thing every morning. There is a restaurant on site but they had no room service.

Room was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. Lobby of the hotel was beautiful and welcoming !

I had a great time at the place. It was beautiful and clean, and there was always great entertainment.

The rooms were clean except for the shower room wallpaper. It needed to be cleaned or at least the stains wiped off. Also, the room could use more overhead lights and a small microwave. Breakfast was delicious. The parking was plentiful and free, and the staff was helpful and friendly,

Clean room and modern look. The Bar was pricey but good food, drinks, and service.

Room was clean and comfortable with no issues. Except the reading light was not working on one of the beds. Breakfast was decent, but potatoes always seem cold, but there were many choices. There should be pancakes every morning. :)

The young man that did my check in was not nice at all. Is name was Jeremy ( I am not sure) he did not introduce himself…

Except the room 917. Household person didn’t finish completing the room. All the garbage 🗑️ cans had no bags. And there were no ☕️ bags or cups 🍵sugar with the package of creamer and straw for the coffee ☕️ machine. WOW!!!! 😳 And the lounge food area prices 💵💵💵 were sky high crazy 😟prices. Glad I didn’t order drinks. Me and my sister just two different salads 🥗 with a piece of 🍣 tuna. $66.26 . Not even a large enough portion for dat price 😩ugh!!! The staffs were excellent except for one her vibe wasn’t up to standard, she had a bit of attitude in the face 🫤. Cause she had to call service to see that we received the items. Which she wind it up getting it for us at the front desk and didn’t even handle everything that was needed. Our first time at this hotel 🏨. Last time for me.

Breakfast was pricy but very good. Solid hotel bar and the gym was very good as well. Downside was the drag racing that was set up in the parking lot behind the hotel. Really loud and woke me up in the morning…definitely didn’t expect that.
