Great Stay!

Good location Run down I know they are now doing renovations but it should of been done 5 years ago. They should let you know before you that they are now charging customers a utility charge every day you stay. When you ask the associates what the charge means they tell you they are really not sure

Been here before it is located where we need it to be. Love the lobby and the staff. The hotel is beautiful overall. Our room was not what i expected. We stayed in December and the room was beautiful, clean and updated. This time, our room was not so pretty, the bathroom wasn’t super clean, the hot water was a little iffy and the repairs to the room ( as it was older) were super visible, it could use an update for sure and someone to care more when they clean. Details matte

This property was very safe, however it needs some updating. Some of the front desk staff were exceptionally nice while some ignore you. Would I stay again, yes because it's a very nice hotel.

Clean room, 1 young male staff member always at the desk always seemed to be rushed like he couldn't spare time to properly, talk to you or acknowledge you didn't have a nice courteous greeting I had to approach the desk and ask for help even while I'm standing right on front of him and he purposely keeps his head down this happened on more than 1 occasion.

Beautiful Lobby and great bar restaurant area. As soon as you leave level one it takes a drastic turn. The carpets are old and moldy. There was one elevator for 11 floors on our side of the hotel. We took the stairs to avoid the long elevator line where we were greeted with a 3 inch long cockroach. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Construction is going on inside of the hotel and started at 8 am waking us up from our sleep in a fright. When we called the front desk they said the construction shouldn’t be happening by our room but even they could hear the noise through the phone. We couldn’t go back to bed and ended up just packing up and exiting early.
