It was a truly wonderful hotel

Staff were friendly and attentive.

The room was older, light fixtures and vents in bathroom were rusty, bedroom rug was worn through in some spots. Found a hair that was def not ours in the bathroom (ick), Staff was friendly and even though they don’t have room service they brought us wine glasses that we requested.

Very clean and spacious room

They did not have room services and the bathroom toilet was acting up. They only have a few handicap parking with all though room for the hotel.

I didnt get my 50$ deposit back

The hotel is conveniently located. Parking was easy. The onsite bar and food is super convenient. The only downside is that the beds are advertised as queen but they look like full size beds.

A beautiful hotel that’s centrally located

1. No hot water for shower. Engineering came to try to fix—states that you have to turn on sink faucet to help pull hot water for the shower due to old ‘valves’/switches 2. Wall paper peeling from wall 3. Whirlpool/hot water tub out of service At 300 night and Marriott member—this was one of my worse experiences The only saving grace was the breakfast buffet although at a premium price $28

Great location! The usual good service you can come to expect with Marriott!

Great Stay!

This property was very safe, however it needs some updating. Some of the front desk staff were exceptionally nice while some ignore you. Would I stay again, yes because it's a very nice hotel.

Clean room, 1 young male staff member always at the desk always seemed to be rushed like he couldn't spare time to properly, talk to you or acknowledge you didn't have a nice courteous greeting I had to approach the desk and ask for help even while I'm standing right on front of him and he purposely keeps his head down this happened on more than 1 occasion.

Beautiful Lobby and great bar restaurant area. As soon as you leave level one it takes a drastic turn. The carpets are old and moldy. There was one elevator for 11 floors on our side of the hotel. We took the stairs to avoid the long elevator line where we were greeted with a 3 inch long cockroach. I wouldn’t stay here again.
