Stayed there for two weeks. First week room was only cleaned twice. Someone else’s belongings in my room. Breakfast starts at 630. If you work early plan on something else for breakfast.

This is a good place for a fair value. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The included breakfast is not fancy, but isis just right for getting on the road.

The staff went over and above board to help me....a disabled person. Everyone was so helpful.

We typically like to stay in a Wyndham property, expecting a standard level of cleanliness, upkeep, etc. The room itself was clean, mixed reviews on bed comfort (I found it comfortable while my husband thought it too hard), breakfast was included and the location was convenient. I was working to find those positive items... Where to begin? The hotel itself was rundown - the windows were fogged up due to both windows being broken. The garbage was overflowing in the commons area outside the elevator and building doors. Someone propped open two of the side entrance doors with rocks - not so impressed with the lack of security concerns, but it was apparent it was a common practice. The overall appearance of the hotel was old, but maybe they were trying to make updates (new vinyl flooring and no carpet...oh look! I did find another positive!!). The picture I'm including is of the window with condensation in it.. the right pane had a crack in the lower right corner and it was on the left side on the left window pane.

Clean

Breakfast was subpar and not very appetizing at all. The beds were very uncomfortable. There was a HUGE spider in the bathroom and there were several recently patched holes on the bathroom. The room beside us had some rowdy people in it who were definitely smoking Marijuana and were very loud. See above

The room was clean. The staff was helpful and nice.

Location and access was good. Staff were friendly. Room only had thin blinds and no drapes. Sleeping was difficult due to the bright lights from the parking lot which lit up the room making it difficult to sleep. Also, building was landscaped with lots of small rocks around it which made it very easy for others to use them to prop open doors which gave no security to the building.

With the help of Expedia reps we were able to cancel after one night without penalty. I can imagine the low room price would trump the conditions for some but it just didn’t work for us.

Breakfast area clean and comfortable Location next to freeway

Dirty booked and paid for hotel thru a third party. The hotel recharged me for my stay. The room was musty, the shades were soiled. Housekeeping never came to the room to refresh. The DND sign was not posted , which should have been the only reason the room was not freshener serviced.

Breakfast I walked into my room at check-in. Look out the window and it's filthy all white not cleaned. That was the first problem. The second problem was you were able to get into the hotel without a key. The doors were propped which is a safety security issue and that door kept getting banged up until about 3:00 in the morning. That was the second problem. The third problem was that I went to take a shower this morning and went to close the shower curtain and a dirty wasp washcloth from a previous stay fell out somebody's not doing their job . The bed was like sleeping on a rock.

I enjoyed the breakfast and loved the coffee. Shamoo bottle empty.

The room was clean and comfortable. We traveled with two dogs. The hotel was very accommodating. The staff was very courteous.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay here again.
