It was all great! We had a wonderful time!

I booked the place and then saw the reviews about the bedbugs and called to cancel immediately there was no way I was going to start in a bug infested place with my family. The front desk gentleman was so rude to me and told me to cancel my own reservation and I asked him about the bed bugs and he confirmed it and still gave me a hard time about canceling! Run fast away from them

We appreciated the extra large room with a bar sink outside the bathroom. The bed and linens were nice. The ice machines on 2 floors did not work and the TV was difficult to get working, but overall our stay was the stay was good. I almost did not book because the photo shows a tub in the bedroom which does not appeal to me. However, our room had a larger than usual shower in the bathroom and no tub.

Well maintained hotel and convenient to many restaurants. This is a good choice if you are planning to visit Fallingwater house, as we did.

The hotel was excellent. The breakfast was only a 4 on a scale to 5 but it worked. The room was nice and very comfortable.

Breakfast was ....meh. biscuits and gravy. And eggs. Pool was out of order...the whole stay. It was an Ok stay. I've stayed in better but it was clean at least

Comfort Inn is an older, well maintained establishment. The rooms are huge with fridge, microwave and hot drink maker. Very clean. Lots of towels. Easily adjustable environmental controls. The inn boasts an indoor pool, exercise room, and a well rounded breakfast. I would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn again if I am in the area.

Clean and quiet

Second room was better, but still wasn’t 100% as all the hard floors were sticky and the ceiling had a decent section of water damage. Otherwise, the rooms are really spacious, and the staff overall were professional and helpful. Breakfast, however, was pretty awful, I couldn’t swallow any of it and just got food at the gas station across the street

Ice maker broke on third floor. Elevator dirty. Never got wakeup call that they said I would get. Last part of the week had a good guy at the front desk.
-
The staff were very helpful despite seeming to be short staffed.
-
The pool was pretty gross and they still let people swim.

Clean place. Bed very uncomfortable. Possibly just that room no clue

The wonderful lady at check in was great. Sorry I didn't get her name. The room was big, clean. The pool and outside area was clean and excellent. When I return. I will stay here again.

As soon as you walk into the hotel, gambling machines were visible in the lobby, which led us to believe this hotel was not a family-friendly hotel. Additionally, the room smelled, the AC/heating unit made a loud noise the entire time, the duvet cover was dingy, and the bathroom floors were sticky. The room had poor lighting and our room key quit working several times over the duration of our stay. I would not stay here again.

Convenient location, clean spacious room. Easy check-in and check-out.

Exceptional
-
Fruit was not very fresh for breakfast and shelves were dusty in the bathroom

the room had little black bugs on the bed. Looked like fleas. Shook them off and found 4 more in morning. Went down for 6 am breakfast and the guy was sitting at a table with a coat on like he was a guest playing on his phone. My grandkids started opening the food pots that were empty. He finally grumbled that food would be out at 7. Dont advertise 6 then and then i guy came in and ask about juice and he decided to turn on juice machine for us.
