Had to ask to have the room cleaned

Was shown three rooms before we found one that wasnt occupied. Disgraceful that when the system is down that they have one employee with poor communication skiĺls at front desk. Did not get the accessible room reserved. Call from front desk at 10:30 pm the second night to clarify reservation was too late. They should have called earlier or left a note in room

staff were very nice, didn't have much interaction with them other than check in, check out, and breakfast. did not need or use amenities.

The only complaint was the that sink had low spigot flow which we alerted customer service We would stay again

Well I asked for a cot and it's not for queen size beds it's for the king size bed she told me and it was for a child I never heard of such a thing that's one thing I didn't like but the property was very nice and the staff is very nice that's the only thing I had to complain about I couldn't get a cot it should be for every room not for just the king size rooms

Our room was perfect and so clean. Breakfast was very nice and filling!

The lobby is very impressive. Spacious and very well decorated.

A good place to stay for a visit to falling water. Our room was very nice, quiet and clean with a comfy bed.

Breakfast was good, but you have to pay, it is not included in hotel amenities. Great outdoor fire pit with comfy chairs where you can relax in the evening outdoors. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

This is a lovely property. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The pool and hot tub were heaven!! The staff was wonderful; especially Marianne who oversees the breakfast buffet. She is a delight and her cheerful demeanor started my day off with a smile. The only thing that would improve breakfast would be mimosas! In the evening, grab a cocktail at the bar and sit at the outdoor fire pit. 😀🍸 I'm in Uniontown frequently and this is the only place that I will stay.

We’re on a 3000 mile car trip staying at Hilton Garden Inns along the route. Stay was fine, however our evening meal and drinks were more highly priced (30%!!) than others we visited.
