Not only do they have a pool and hot tub but a sauna. It was very relaxing. I would stay there again!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are to small. Covers were to heavy. King size bed should have king size Pillows. Sheets could have been better quality.

Quiet, clean sheets and room. Bathroom ceiling was peeling, room worn like a college town hotel but staff nice. Needed to stop and sleep on our trip and this hotel worked for the night. Typical hotel breakfast you find across the country -bacon, sausage patty, scrambled eggs, toast and waffles.

Great breakfast! We never received clean linens even though we stayed 3 nights. I went to the front desk with our used towels and the clerk recorded that I had picked up clean linens. It made me feel like a potential thief. And because I had picked up clean towels we didn’t receive anymore during our stay. No trash pickup and no making of our bed.

Great coffee! Very nice breakfast buffet. Warm cookies in the evening. Black mold in the shower. I tried to remove it but didn't have any cleaning tools or bleach. Bad smell coming from sink. Dust hanging down from lamp shade. Drapery hanging down at end. Carpet in elevator need s to be replaced. Usually not vacuumed. Tile floor not cleaned daily near front desk.

Front desk staff very helpful. I booked reservations through Expedia with wrong dates. Expedia staff unable to correct dates. I took out extra insurance on 2nd reservation and they told me that it didn’t cover that. Corrected the dates the next day with hotel front desk.

The breakfast was also far above any other hotel continental breakfast. There were some loud guests whose kids kept rushing up and down the hall to their friends' hotel room. The front desk dealt with this as well as they could, and said we could have had some kind of a refund if we hadn't booked through a third party (ie booking.com), so I was disappointed by that.

The room was very nice & I loved the shower!! The pillows were not up to standard - they looked fluffy, but when you lay your head down they seemed to "disappear"!

The hotel canceled my reservation because they said the payment from Booking.com failed. Neither place is taking responsibility and issuing a refund!
