clean, front desk staff was great. the cookies and fresh flavored water was such a lovely addition. shower was hot and clean. The front doors tot the building were constantly left open This allowed the AC to leave and the high temperature and humidity to enter the lobby area. Making breakfast in the lobby unbearable.

We stayed 5 nights. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our stay. The morning of our 2nd day we asked the front desk to ask Housekeeping to replenish the towels. The didn't. Once during the stay, housekeeping took the towels but did not replenish with clean towels and did not empty the trash can. Then another day, they emptied the trash, gave us only clean towels, no hand towel, no wash clothes, no bathmat.

I just had oatmeal for breakfast. The AC was working too well. It was very cold when we entered the room.

It enough staff. No one at the desk most of the time. 2 hard working women in the kitchen and dining area. Pancake machine broken. “Juice” bar has sign “all products contain Stevia”. Not juice but artificially sweetened beverage. Room looked clean on surface. Unfortunately, I saw an item on floor under counter which made me look down and the metal bar on floor of counter was covered in dust. Room darkening shade didn’t work and could not be raised. No one available to fix it. Checkout- no one at desk. 3 staff members smoking at front door and had to walk through their smoke.

No coffee in room. TV remote didn't work. Had to make multiple trips to front desk to resolve remote issue. No trees or shade in front parking lot. Noisy neighbors in room across hall. Car dealer across back road had bright lights on all night.

Always enjoy our stay while visiting family. Clean, spacious room, great staff. Great breakfast!!

A couple of things I enjoyed about the property. 1. Is the location. BIG WIN! It is next to a super Walmart, soo many other stores and food places to choose from in less than a 1 mile radius. 2. How clean and having a modern look. It gave me vibes of a 5 star hotel. It was clean throughout the whole entire hotel. Also the pool area located in the basement. The breakfast selection could have been a slight better. But that’s something real small and basic.
