Great experience for the price.

Seems to prioritize contractors over families. There was zero parking each night because contractor trucks took all the spots or two spots. Most of the free weights have been stolen, so, again, woman and children, unless they are body builders, may not find it conducive. Breakfast was decent, except for the expired milk. I would recommend and appreciate if you have reserved several guests that enough towels be provided each night. For example, it was known that our party included 4 guests, but we had to ask for enough towels each day we were there. We won’t be staying at this location again.

It is in a very safe area with lots of fast dining and shopping options. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

The location was easy to find. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked except instead of a waffle maker they had a pancake maker that my husband was reluctant to try. The television in our room had a vertical black line in the middle and distorted black lines at the bottom of the screen. The front dest offered to switch rooms but we decided to stay there since it was just one night.

It was clean and spacious. And the breakfast is good. There is only one person working most of the time, they ran out towels and we had to use bath mats. We also had a problem with our toilet that seemed like forever before we got it resolved. We stay at this place every year we are always very please with both the facilities and the staff, this time not so much. They are either very under staffed or need some help scheduling.

Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. Breakfast was just ok. Had better at most other HIE though. Only had one luggage cart and most of the time it was MIA. Not helpful when traveling with a dog and have a crate to move around. Staff looked but couldn’t find it. Stated that they have been asking for more and it never happens.

I don’t know why people take their dogs with them, when they leave them in their rooms for the day to cry, bark and disturb others. This is my second stay recently at this hotel chain where it happened.

The breakfast was sufficient. No water? The room was clean. The temperature in the room was fine. In the building, they had poor air circulation and it was very muggy and warm at breakfast with the front doors wide open, etc. At check in they wanted another $25 for "incidental charges". I told them Booking.com said there would be no more charges, and so they dropped it. What was that all about? Also, I booked a suite for 5 people and there were only enough towels for 2. Plus, the pull out sofa was just a mattress with no bedding available. So we had to go down and request more - it took 45 minutes for them to get us 2 more little hand towels and the bedding. If 5 people book, and especially in a suite for surely more than 2 people!, there should be enough bedding and towels to accommodate already in the room. I guess it is first come, first served on the towels. Miserable having to share hand towels among 5 people after paying the ridiculous amount of money for the room

Deadbolt and latch were broken on my door. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was dirty.

Nicely appointed clean room. Nice facilities. Great hotel breakfast.

Breakfast was always subpar. Usually not much left after the regulars (pipe line workers) Check in gentleman was friendly. After that, if you walked by front desk woman doesn’t acknowledge anyone. Room was very clean.
