Clean room, friendly staff. Good Location Good price. easy access to many local sites. The breakfast did not have anything for a diabetic person to eat. The air freshener which was spray was very strong and a little overwhelming.

We stayed in the jetted tub suite specifically for the tub, which was great, but that was the best part. The lobby and common areas wreaked of incense; it was extremely strong and caused an asthma attack (I specifically only stay at nonsmoking properties to avoid having an asthma attack) twice. The shower water never got that hot and the water pressure was weak. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. We stayed two nights and our keycards locked us out after the first day, which was incredibly frustrating. It was a great location and we loved the jetted tub, but we wouldn't stay there again. For the price we paid for the room, we felt taken advantage of.

the hotel was a 3 star hotel and I would agree. The issue that I had was the odor! It smelt like sewage , the entire room was very foul smelling. It was definitely worse after my husband took a shower.

The bedroom floor was dirty and the furniture dusty; it should be cleaner.

The only problem that we had was that the room key appeared to be reset with each visit of the cleaning staff. Otherwise the room was fine and everything worked as expected.

Breakfast was ok I would like more Pasties the bagel was the only thing they had and we do not eat them all the time other option should be dirty bathtub and the one lamp on the bed side close to the door did not work until we got maintenance to come and front desk staff need to know more about the area when guest ask questions

Location The overbearing scents throughout the hotel were too much. The beds were creaky. It is in need of updates pretty bad.

Nothing. Our first hotel room smelled horribly like cigarettes. Our second room was dirty but we were so tired we just dealt with it. The floors turned our feet dark walking on them and when we set a towel down you could see the visible dirt on it. The shower had gross brown stuff on the floor of the tub and the toilet paper was more than 75% used. Lastly all the glass top tables were sticky as well as a large sticky spot on the floor. We upgraded our origional booking and the amenities that we upgraded for didn't work. The jet tub was dirty and had things floating in it. Then the screen/music didn't not work on the tub. What we were most grossed out about was that the bath mat next to the jet tub was already soaked when we got to the room. Overall our experience with the room was poor.

My room didn't have a phone. I also couldn't get the hair dryer to work.otherwise everything was ok. No phone. No working hair dryer. Advertisement should say " Free continental breakfast. " "Free breakfast " is misleading.
