Clean room, staff is at the front desk if you need anything, they have breakfast for you and the air conditioning is wonderful you can adjust the setting for cooler/ warmer

I liked that we were on the ground floor, first of all because my husband has dementia and also uses a walker. I had requested an accessible room which we had except there was no way he could take a shower when he would have to step over a bathtub wall. The bed was very comfortable and all the room features were great. When he went into the bathroom it was very hard to maneuver the location of the door from the toilet to the sink, but we made it work. We did notice that the bottom of our shoes, socks and feet were covered with a black dust, which we needed to clean off with white wash cloths which was concerning. Otherwise we were please with the easy access to the train station for the Adirondack trip as well as restaurants. Your breakfast was fabulous and all employees were kind and gracious. Thank you

The outside hallway outside of our door was filthy. The air conditioning was loud and difficult to regulate. We were not inclined to try the breakfast.

The AC was effective, room still smelled kind of musty. There was hair in the bathtub- that was not from me or my party.

We didn't end up staying the night. The hotel was very run down we walked in to where our room was and it smelled of Marijuana then we walked in the room and it smelled like poop. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped us get our money back.

Easy access

There is a second story and no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the steps. Not so easy for anyone over 70.

The hotel was convenient for my location. It’s way overpriced for the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The vinyl floor in my room was filthy.

Bathroom was small, sink and counter were outside the bathroom which helped. The only problem was the bathroom door stuck badly and woke my son when using it during the night.

When we stayed there it was the weekend of the Boilermaker 15k and we were not aware of how many people show up for this!! The only issue was a vent/fan outside our room ran & rattled one night; otherwise the room was clean and the staff was nice & helpful. I would stay there again.

The staff were helpful and friendly, but I was told we would receive a king suite on the first floor and when I checked in, I was told that room was not available on the first floor... so we ended up with a double queen with no couch. Not a huge deal but not as comfortable. There were some repairs needed to the motel, again not a huge deal for us, especially staying just one night.

The room appeared clean but was buggy and the odor was very off putting. Front desk staff were friendly.

The hotel when you pull up is not very nice looking. We got to our room the bathtub and the sinks were clogged. They didn’t drain. There was no body wash in the bathroom. And when we checked out and I explained to them that the place was not great they had no apologies or anything.

Breakfast was good. Quality of rooms was ok, was expecting more for the price I paid. Staff were friendly.

There was a large convention staying on the property and I couldn’t hear a sound from inside the room. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again! Everything was clean and bright, there was an iron, refrigerator, the pillows were sooo comfortable. I was able to park right outside the room, there were veni g machines and ice nearby. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast but it sounded good—maybe next time!

Staff was kind and helpful

I was only there for one night during travels but I found it to be a great place to stop. My room was comfortable and clean and the staff that I interacted with were great. I had my two small dogs and there is a lot of space to walk them. I also appreciated that they put me in an end room so it was very easy to get in and out with the dogs.
