I loved the hotel and it was clean and comfortable. I had an issue with getting charged twice for my room. I payed online and was also charged upon my arrival. They did fix the mistake and issued a refund. I also spoke with the manager over the phone and was promised 20,000 points for the mistake, but I still have not received this in my account.

Perfect location to access my work. No housekeeping services. Only two washcloths and face towels for a 3 night stay. In-room coffee wasn't replenished, neither were the cups. This is basic stervice and you shouldn't have to ask for it. My work is very demanding, and I don't appreciate coming back to an unmade bed, un-emptied trash cans and no coffee supplies.
