This is a great place with all the comforts of home. Restaurants nearby are good, and take the place of this hotel not having a bar onsite. Breakfast is great and changes by day.

The room bed, furniture, and amenities were especially nice. It was more than we needed for one night, but nice.

Staff was ok but we checked in and 5 mins into it we asked for a new room seeing the people above us didn't stop banging on the floor. We were told there we no rooms so it is what it is. The entire stay was horrible because of this. Then you add in the face we had to unplug the TV 87 times to get it to work and that is what we were told to do to fix it. Then you add in the fact that the floors in the room were so dirty that everyone had black on their white socks within 5 mins of walking around. Very dirty and just not a great stay and will rethink next time we book for our hockey trips!

The location is excellent. Close to the highway and a variety of good options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The pillows were flat.

4 night stay was supposed to be a five nights stay.Woke up to garbage piled in my hallway everyday. On my last morning, there was a discarded plate of food right at the base of my door. The carpet in my room had crumbs dispersed throughout, so I’m pretty sure they did not run a vacuum during my entire stay. Only one of two elevators was working. I checked out on day four and found another hotel.

breakfast. and pool, very child friendly, our granddaughter really enjoyed our stay, with games coloring and swimming in room coffee, lobby coffee and breakfast coffee were SOOO much better

To make matters worse, one of the two-queen suites I booked was unavailable due to a leak. Instead, the hotel gave us one two-queen suite and a much smaller king suite. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and the fact that the hotel could not provide the accommodations I had reserved. If a room type becomes unavailable because of a maintenance issue, guests should be offered an equivalent or better accommodation—not a smaller room that does not match the original booking.

Friendliness oad helpfulness of the team that works there. Plus, their breakfast was truly adequate and nice. Really appreciated the car chargers in the parking lot.
