Relatively good location to the Boulermaker Race They had traditional Grab and Go breakfast. The day after the Boilermaker race, the hotel had a “skimpy” choice of foods to eat. I was told that due to race they had ran out of food But this is a poor excuse. All of the hotels in Utica put up their rates for the Boiler maker. I paid close to $100 more per night. They said they ran out of food. SHAME ON THEM!!

It was clean There was no breakfast. It was just granola bars and coffee

Made a stop for the night on our way home from vacation. Pictures looked better on line than in person. Towels and toilet paper were dirty, poor TV quality and the thermostat wasn’t working so we froze all night. I expected more being part of the Wyndham chain.

Not fancy but reasonably priced and the front desk staff is excellent.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. For the price of the hotel, the stay was appropriate.

The only downside was that there was no fridge or microwave in the room.

But one exterior door lock was not functioning. Didn’t try coffee and breakfast sweet.

The property is older but clean and well maintained. The front desk employee was exceptional. I wish there was a refrigerator in the room.

For an economy hotel, our stay was very pleasant. We were allowed to use the lobby for a small meeting with a client and the staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very, very well and unlike a lot of hotels in this area of New York, the water wasn’t harsh and hard. It actually made you feel wet. For the price, you can’t beat it.
