After checking out of that room, it was a lot of bad luck. Second reservation moved into room(213) with 2 queen beds. Unpacked and settled in, trying to ignore the way worse noise coming from the AC. The whole floor vibrated and made the bed feel like one of those coin operated beds from back in the day. TV didn’t work, so I called the front desk. They moved me downstairs to room 120. Much better. It would be nice to have the “always on” option for the fan on the AC units. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty with dirt & leaves in the bottom. Not sure how leaves get into an indoor pool area. The room key cards or system need work. Maybe go back to regular keys. Constantly chasing and having the remade while being berated about not keeping them next to cell phones(which we didn’t). I made a reservation for a friend and they got room 126. Next to no water pressure in the shower, beds wrecked their backs, and the screens were ripped off the windows outside, as if someone tried to break in. I believe my friend is submitting their own feedback.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable . Good location. Easy on and off the highway.

Was told by the staff that they will not give a pillow for use on the sofa bed only a blanket and sheet. After I pressed the issue with the manager the following day they were forced to give us a pillow. Upon check-in we were charged 60% of our 3 night stay ($161 deposit) WITHOUT BEING TOLD and that money was held until several days after check out. The breakfast was horrible, no juice due to "broken" machine and all food was as cheap as possible. Noisy dogs barking all the time and power went out twice in 3 days for hours.

Breakfast was gross, the staff was helpfully, pool was dirty and hot tub was cold and dirty. Rooms were not upkept.
-
A terrible experience; there were cockroaches everywhere. I do not recommend it

Also the American breakfast was a pleasant change from the usual Continental breakfasts NA

Our keys kept locking us out wouldn’t work and of other people staying there my child’s bed smelled really bad.

A very nice vale hotel that is nicer than the price.

The staff was in training, so it required a lot of patience. They did not indicate how they would be running the charges and put a random amount hold on our card, that was very confusing (not a typical $100 or $200 hold… it was an obscure amount.) We had reserved a room for 5, but there weren’t enough towels or the bedding we needed, so that had to be tracked down. The building, including our room, was stifling! It took a good two hours to get our room to a comfortable level. Once the air was on it worked well. Our shower head was spraying every direction and was challenging to deal with. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were quite lumpy and flat. It looked as if some upgrades had been made in the rooms/hotel as far as paint and decor, but overall the hotel felt dated and rundown. A lot of the walls and furniture had damage. There was a wet floor sign left in the elevator but there wasn’t any water on the floor. We used the pool and it was a nice temperature and clean, but there weren’t any clean pool towels. Breakfast was mediocre… mostly carb options. The protein they did offer did not look appealing - it looked overcooked. I will say the price was fairly low, but I saw that it had dropped to almost half of what we paid just that day. I would stay here again in a pinch, but not in the warm months and I wouldn’t plan for breakfast.
