Expedia charge me for the room and when I come to get the room the hotel no want to take the reservation so I have to pay again and now I have to ask for the refund and it’s really defficul to talk to then

Good experience but the fridge wouldn't keep cold at times.

Amazing place

The room was great. I was surprised the hotel did not have an elevator. It has only two levels; however, I am sure some customers would have more than one bag to carry up the stairs.

The room was clean. The bath tub floor is not flat. On the last night there, we heard noises above us. The location is very convenient to many restaurants, sam club ...etc.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean, but you could definitely tell this was a motel that they updated (and the bathroom was still pretty dated). The issue I had was that it was genuinely one of the worst night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. Our floor level room was facing the freeway, and the parking lot with very bright lights that even the blackout blinds couldn’t help with. The walls and ceiling must be paper thin because you could hear every little thing (including noisy neighbors that were up until 3am). I actually considered getting up in the middle of the night and driving home but decided against it. Wish I had honestly. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Great location - quiet - clean - ample parking - relaxing outdoor courtyard with pool, fire pit, and bbq.

Location No elevator

This hotel is perfectly located for shopping at the outlets. I was working in a nearby town and it was easy to get off on the freeway. Swimming pool and other amenities was really nice. Rooms were large and also very clean and well furnished… There is no elevator in the two-story building so if you plan to go request a first floor room. Unless you don’t mind stairs.

Over the last 10 years I have stayed in virtually every hotel in this area while on business. Courtyard is my go to. Comfortable bed, incredibly quiet, and a great courtyard to relax in after a long day of meetings. Staff always accommodates my needs.

It's nice clean room nice gym

Very nice hotel. I liked how I could go out the sliding door to the pool and hot tub. The food in the lobby was expensive. But everything was very nice and clean. Parking lot was very full though.

I was really disappointed with the whole fridge situation. Resetting it every to hours just to keep it cool I a crazy for someone who is staying for a week. Even when calling ask asking the front desk to switch out with a normal fridge it was an issue and they told me to request during check in which by that time there was non left. There was also mold in the shower walls do ceiling.

Spotless rooms. Really nice Courtyard of course with outdoor seating a pool hot tub makes this place a full cut above all the other hotels in the area
