The bathrooms where musty and moldy appearing. No amenities in the rooms. Just a bed to sleep with a usable bathroom. Will no stay here again. As for the staff member, he was not going to give us the second room because I was not there. My wife finally asked him if she could call me at home to give him the information he needed. I was unable to be there due to an illness, but because i made the reservation, he needed my information coming from me and was not going to take my wife's word with the information. It finally got worked out. Due to me not being there My wife asked to change the rooms from King to the two bed room. But he would not work with her to do so.

It would have been nice to have had a desk lap. I travel in my work. Also, no in room coffee maker.

When I checked in they were kind and helpful the room was clean and comfortable but the tv did not work and the AC DID NOT WORK I had to call the office and there were a ton of ants and some other bugs as well as roaches I got bites all over my legs and neck I took pictures I slept in that room for two nights and they finally moved me rooms on the last night I requested at least one night refund and still waiting to see if the manager will approve it.

I didn’t like anything about the property. The room was outdated, the bathroom had roaches in it the bed had bed bugs that left marks on my body. The furniture was broken, phone did not work. Neighbors complained about frogs and pincha bugs in their rooms. The tv channels were 90% in Spanish. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors snoring. There was a wasp problem. The door was very unsafe as if someone tried to break in multiple times.

Everything in the room functioned, but this room needs a renovation. The trim around the air conditioning unit was falling off along with trim in other places. The tile in the shower was loose and barely hanging on. The room was really dated in style, No lamps, just two light fixtures near the entrance door. It needed paint, but I would do that until it was renovated. So, the nightly cost correlates with the room that needs a lot of attention. You get what you pay for. Don't expect much at this motel.

Pool was closed. Room smelled heavily of smoke. We had three people in the room and it was stocked with only two towels; when we went to the front desk to ask for another towel, we were told to “find one of the ladies outside.”

Outside of property was clean, appearance of property was ghetto. Room was nice. Clean differed from outer appearance. Amenities: wifi password didn't work. Pool was closed until sometime in June waiting from County approval some liabilities ruling. No mention of pool closed in Booking advertising, nor mentioned by front desk staff. Whole purpose of the stay was to enjoy the pool while in town to visit veterans cemetery in Dixon. We check out the next day and left for home. I will never book or stay at any of this American Best Value Inn ever again.

Rooms are suppost to be smoke free and the room smelled like cigarrets and weed, no room cleaning or towels changed, the keys for the room never worked and has to go back to the lobby everytime and they acted like it was my fault.

The front desk and cleaning staff were both kind and helpful. The room was clean and everything was in working order.

Great location. Basic room. Room smelled stagnant, stale, of cigarette smoke and musty. The room desperatelyneeds updated. The carpet is loose. There are cracks and crevices everywhere. There is no ventilation so everything gets fogged up when someone showers. I inspected the mattresses and drawers upon arriving, due to the condition of the room in fear of bugs. There were no evidence of bedbugs or roaches, but we did find a roach in the bathroom in the morning. The sheets were clean and the towels were clean, and the curtains were in new shape. There are minimal amenities that included a blow dryer, microwave, refrigerator, soap and tissue box. There was no coffee pot, the coffee is available at the front office. I would not return.
