Residence Inn by Marriott Vacaville

Substandard for Marriott. Bedroom doors that don't close properly. Poor breakfast. Toilet keeps running. And then they don't come fix it when you inform them.

4 night stay for vacation. Central location for various day trips. Room clean, toilets were very low and had problems with stoppage which required super to fix. Great bed. Comfortable suite, roomy. Fit our needs well. Breakfast was fine, had the basics, staff all friendly and helpful.

I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: Clean, spacious room, very kind and helpful staff. I was traveling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: I take good care of my car so parking is always important to me, but this parking lot was kind of a mess, especially for the $12 nightly fee. Random debris, shopping carts, branches and leaves, etc. Of all the Residence Inn locations I've stayed at, this one might have been the least clean/well maintained. Overall, it was a good stay. 3.5/5

I got sick there I think it was mold in the Hotel I changed rooms twice it had Bugs no one told us they had a flooded room that cause all that 😐

I absolutely love this hotel because it has complete blackout curtains and I sleep much better without any light coming through the windows I can bring my dogs there and it's in a beautiful location in Vacaville everything is so clean and it had a separate bedroom and I love that because my husband snores so loud that I have to sleep in a separate room I love love love your facility!!!! Nothing!!!

Rooms where halfway decent, there where bugs in my first room(moved to another room) that room was a patch/bandage job.(front desk button N/A). Staff was decent. Didn’t eat breakfast (work). Didn’t see kitchen. MGR did give me two 1 night vouchers for my troubles!

The pool had a strong chlorine smell but was well maintained. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was great. There were a lot of silverfish and beetles in the room.

The room was clean, I didn't get a chance to take advantage of breakfast due to my schedule. The kitchen was supplied with everything thing I needed. The only thing that I didn't like was being charged for daily parking. When I prepaid for my stay 2 months in advance it wasn't stated that this property charged daily parking fees. I was unhappy with the unexpected expense.

The hotel was quiet and clean and was easy to access from the freeway. The mattress’s were awful. Super worn out and collapsed. My wife and I kept rolling into the middle and could not sleep. Nothing like my many other Marriott experiences.

The gentleman who was at the front desk was so very nice to us cuz we got in late and we were able to check in quickly the grounds were very clean the beds were comfortable we were so happy that the rooms had a refrigerator and a microwave in them and your pet friendly thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay we will be back for sure!!!! Nothing

Loved this hotel, clean, friendly staff, especially Edna at the front desk. Has everything you need, even a pickle ball court. Super great location, easy to find.

Clean large room and the staff was very friendly.
