The staff was wonderful. My daughter left her tablet and the house keepers showed pat autonomy by finding and holding onto her tablet. We had a wonderful stay there do breakfast was good and the pool was clean and available! We will be staying again!! And close to food and stores super convenient location!

Loved the office lady. The room was clean and right off the freeway. Location felt safe and it was quiet. Pillows were wonderful

The accomodations

I have been to very modern Best Westerns and not so modern. I was surprised to find this Best Western was surprisingly similar to the Motel 6s you find in the Midwest.

The breakfast was good. The location. I didn’t get the room that I was shown. Why I actually booked for and reason why I choose this hotel. False advertisement. Had a few flying bugs.

Not much. The TV was nice, yet would not work till front desk guy fixed it. Floor looked nice but was very dirty as seen by my feet after my shower. The hotel was next to a busy, loud street. The pool was outside and not heated, and looked dirty. The room was not clean, cold water in the morning for the shower, and a large spider was on the wall next to my bed. Breakfast was just Ok. They allowed a dog in the eating area, and the man was feeding the dog human breakfast food on the floor. The front desk was notified about the room condition and did nothing to accommodate or offer compensation. So we left as we planned on a 5-night stay. We went somewhere else only after one night!

Staff were courteous, helpful & quick response to our concerns. Towels were new. Room was very clean, aircon, tv, ref ok. Parking was ok. Breakfast was good & with lots of choices. Thank you! Breakfast area is quite small. Also, there was only one regular table with 2 chairs. The rest were high tables & chairs not appropriate & uncomfortable for elderly guests like us.

The plugs in the room did not work well, and the shower water did not get very hot. However the staff was very helpful and nice

The breakfast was really good

Room was not as clean as it could’ve been. There was a couple of sticky spots on the bathroom floor that could’ve easily been scrapped off. The room hadn’t been properly vacuumed. There was bits of trash on the floor in between the bed nightstand and we found the kids toy and other garbage behind the TV stand. Inside of the fridge had sprayed Coke on the light. Our keys stopped working two out of the three nights. TV wasn’t working the first night, but it had been windy. The next morning Katie from the front desk got it fixed right away. No drinking or coffee cups in the room so you couldn’t make coffee if you wanted to without having to go to the lobby and hunt down some cups. Positives were Katie at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to every day and she was helpful with any of our needs or issues. The breakfast was just OK for the hot food But we loved being able to make fresh waffles, lots of fruit choices, and plenty of bagels and bread. Fresh coffee was in the lobby. Room positives were the beds were really comfy and we slept very well and the pillows were perfect as well. It was a great location. Even though it’s close to the freeway, and you do get some noise, but they were tons of places to eat very close by.

Very disappointed that for .ore than $300 for a single moght, we werent provided a key to our room. We had to leave somebody behind or leave our door propped open, unless we wanted to wait for the staff to come unlock our doors. It was a major inconvenience.

Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the yogurt parfait bar. Pool looked clean but didn't have any shade. Room was a but noisy since it's close to highway & bed was rock hard. Shower had great pressure & it was nice to have double sinks. Curtains don't block out anything though, gap in center & both sides with light right outside window all night shining in. No room keys for 1st day & half either so had to get let in our room by hotel staff every time we left. Finally got working keys on our last day.
