The staff was amazing. They went beyond and out of their way to make sure that my special needs son and 80 year old mother and my two dogs had an enjoyable experience. It is a lot for me to travel and I appreciated the help and kindness and warmth from the front desk to maintenance to the ladies that help clean your rooms. All wonderful people. And maintenance was only for a lose wire on the tv. They were great.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay this is your place. The lady was supposed to have the breakfast shut down, but she let us have breakfast even though she was supposed to have everything put away. It is in a very odd location. It seems like there are people who live there, which makes it uncomfortable for people who are not used to it. The area didn’t seem to be that great.

I spent very little time on the property. It was clean but maintence was spotty. I absolutely loved the Turkish coffe bar at breakfast. That is the one reason I would return to the hotel.

Great place to stay when you go to Vacaville. It is easily accessible to the freeways and so many food options. The night manager is a gem I had an issue and he accomateded me right away.

The location and the price was fair The impression from the website is a much nicer place. It’s rundown. The rooms are sparse and worn. The breakfast was described as being something nicer. They had powdered scrambled eggs. The coffee, espresso machine was broken almost the entire time. The pool is very small. The picture on the website makes it appear to be larger.
