Wonderful hotel.

My only minor complaints are: -The "Quiet Zone" at the pool. It seems silly to have a heated pool at a family resort and then insist that it's "quiet" just because it's attached to the spa. Let the kids enjoy themselves. -The first 2 days we were there, the AC was running because it was quite hot in the rooms, but the room was not cooling down. We told the front desk and they said something about the AC typically being off during the colder months and we could just open the windows. That could have been shared up front. All in all, it was a great stay and we'd stay there again for sure.
