I didn't like the fact brewed coffee wasn't available without a fee. They charged us 24.00 dollars for 2 day parking. No maid service for a 2 day stay. Breakfast is available but they charge heavily for it. Toilet barely flushed and the room smelled like dog urine. I've stayed there 2 times prior but this time I wasn't happy. Seriously will find a different hotel on my next visit.

Just about as far and inconvenient from stores as you can get. So prepare for overpriced water and snacks. Although it’s a nice hotel, there’s not much sound insulation from adjoining rooms, hallways or freeway. It can be loud. I’ll be skipping next time.

Super clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. No ironing board in the room and sketchy unlicensed car in the parking lot closest to my room.

I called the front desk twice to get clean towels on the second day of my stay (there was not housekeeping done) I never got the clean towels. asked twice.

Our family of 6 booked a 6 person room and I picked this location and was ok paying the hotel fees because the discrimination said complimentary breakfast but the women at the front desk said our room was not qualified for the free breakfast so I will not be returning to courtyard again

The place was nice, but the doors were loud. You could hear others shutting and opening their rooms. Great water pressure in the shower. Good parking. A nice area to sit and eat. I would rate this place higher, but the beds and pillows were not great.

I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed, jacuzzi and elevator were not working. Plus no towels available for the pool.

Cons: Despite arriving at 4:30 PM (well past standard check-in), I had to wait 30 minutes because the room was not ready yet.

Front desk staff was wonderful. It’s extremely pleasing when the staff wish you well when you leave the establishment at any time throughout the stay. Even more so when they call you by your name. Perfect touch to making you feel at home.

The hotel was very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful and my kids loved the pool!!!
