Courtyard by Marriott Santa Clarita Valencia

We stayed 2 nights and would come back. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The pool area was very nice and clean to set out and enjoy the pool or jacuzzi.

Air conditioner was loud and annoying but didn’t keep me up too much.

Eh..for that price I would expect more. There was no breakfast included (that was extra), not even free coffee or water in the lobby, the TV wasn't in front of the bed and was off at an angle. Staff was nice, the place was clean but for the price I'd try somewhere else.

Close to bus stop, nice beds, and friendly staff. Cleaning could be better. Bathroom had hair stuck to the shower, walls, floor and doors on arrival. Could use a deep clean.

Front check in seemed like he didn’t have time to deal with me - like I was bothering him. The tator tots at dinner were half frozen and the martini was awful.

The location was perfect right off the 5 freeway right across from magic mountain The beds were really uncomfortable had bad night sleep woke up with back and neck pain not just me but my wife my grandfather and even my kid had back problems after the bed

All the staff were incredibly friendly but no one more than Cameron, he was so welcoming, kind and helpful! The front sitting area of the hotel was totally decorated for the World Cup and it was so cool. The AC was strong and kept the room very cold. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all our questions and assist us with our travel plans.

This hotel was one of the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at on our trip. The amenities were all there, there was even a cafe that served Starbucks onsite. There was no continental breakfast but I preferred sleeping in anyway. We had a room with a patio that was right in front of the pool and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and very comfortable rooms and well taken care of property! I wish there were breakfast included, but the options available at the Starbucks in lobby were helpful!

I had arranged for a delivery of balloons to the hotel for my son 16th birthday before our arrival. At the time of our arrival, the staff had decided to put the balloons in the room as arranged. In addition they put together a little gift bag for my son and even signed a card he was supplied with snacks and drink, and it was really thoughtful. The staff was amazing the whole time the facilities are clean and while we did not get to utilize the pool, we had a view of it the whole time it was clean Aria. It looked very inviting and refreshing. We just didn’t have the time to use it. I highly recommend staying here. It’s extremely close to the park and other amenities and we had a great time big thank you to the staff. They made the birthday celebration even more special and memorable.

Gabby was amazing a front desk clerk; she was very nice and helpful. she went out of her way to share all the perks I had as a Marriot Bonvoy member. We were placed near the elevator; our room on the 3rd floor vibrated loudly seems like AC unit exactly above us it kept my spouse up and unable to sleep as well as the chime of the elevator. I tried to use an Iron to iron my clothes it didn't work! Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast line to long only one person working to make coffee and take order. I normally stay at Embassy suites when coming but since I travel and stay at the Marriott, I decided to give it a try. Staff WAS amazing! place is clean but nothing else was good. I hope there are changes made.

The actual stay was nice! Clean room and clean property. The problem was when I made the reservation for my wife and child, I included breakfast for 2 people. However, when they checked in, they were not given a voucher or anything and my wife just paid for them to eat breakfast. If it's included in the reservation, it is the staff responsibility to make sure guests are made aware of these types of things.
