The breakfast was great!! The room was nice, and the staff was very accommodating. The exercise room had a variety of equipment. The couch has a pull-out bed, and it was very thin, with springs sticking up that you could feel. My husband got all bitten up the last night we were there. His legs are full of bites. To be fair to the hotel, I did not say anything to them about this. I was hoping there would be a survey from them that I could fill out.

Very impressive nice hotel booking

The kids absolutely loved the pool, though the surrounding metal fence is showing its age with rust at the base and needs some attention. Breakfast was decent, but it would be a major upgrade to see hot meat options like bacon or sausage alongside real eggs rather than powdered ones. Additionally, clearer signage or a designated area for returning dirty dishes would help keep the dining area tidy. It’s a nice property with great service, and with a few small repairs and updates, it could be fantastic.

Passable

We were a little taken back by a parking fee on a property that had a large open lot in a commercial area. Not anticipated at this location. The room was clean and well maintained, but the property itself could use some updating. The hallways and carpet in the hallways were drab and worn.

Hotel seemed pretty booked so it could be that I just got stuck with the left over rooms which are not kept up ? It was my second time staying here first time had no complaints this time it was a different experience. Pros- friendly staff, good breakfast, great amenities, close to a lot of of convenient shopping and restaurants. Cons- room felt older carpet had whole under tv console, bathroom accesible seat looked like if it would fall off as tile was cracked did not use for that reason. Mini fridge had broken shelf wire on side.

Cons: kitchen closes at 9PM Sun-Thurs. Food isn't outstanding but OK for a few days but they really need to work on the offerings as the food is not cheap but also not great. Plan on ordering in if you can because there is literally nothing around the hotel within walking distance for restaurants/food. Breakfast hours aren't awesome - 6AM-9AM where no one goes at 6 and everyone goes at 8 which to me is a regular breakfast time so it's packed. 7-10 would be more reasonable. Hours are different on weekends I believe, open to 10AM.

Breakfast was great, omlette station was a big bonus, social hour was really refreshing, and the hotel was very clean and well-run!

The lay out of the room with the living room suite and separate sleeping area was very nice. The proximity to Magic Mountain was great. The free breakfast with custom omelet bar and other breakfast selections was the best complimentary free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The furniture in the rooms and hallway had a lot of wear and tear which was unfortunate and made the place feel older than it should have. And there were multiple tip jars out all over the breakfast area which seemed strange and unprofessional. I totally understand having a tip jar by the omelette station when people were obviously custom making your food but all the other ones seemed low class being set out by the self service coffee carafe, fruit bowl and muffin plates. They need to pay their employees more if they feel the need to put out tip jars in those areas.
