It’s a very clean hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room was not as described in pictures. Hotel needs major renovations and upgrades for the price. Terrible customer service that didn’t explain any of fees and no one available to help but one person. I needed an extra blanket and no one answered because she was gone from office dealing with other things.i waited 20 min to get a blanket, no closet space in room and no extra blankets available. Place is not worth the extra money I paid thinking it was a nicer hotel. Breakfast wasn’t included and I had to pay for parking. Also something that was not disclosed!! Trrrible experience

Nice place to stay, convenient to 6 flags, sonoma race track, and Napa Valley.

The room was great, comfy bed, clean and nice. The pool was nice, well maintained. The only issue was there was no hot water in the room, barely warm, and the bathroom door would not latch. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Staff doesn't care when other guests are loud in the middle of the night for hours. If you report a noise disturbance they'll just ignore you and do nothing about hours of noise in neighboring rooms in the middle of the night. I will never stay there again.

Being across the street from Six Flags. It says, bathtub or shower.I asked for a bathtub and didn't get one.The receptionist said there's no way of telling what room has a bathtub , our shower , which is ridiculous. The breakfast says $10 at the property to add-on and I paid $40 for breakfast and they didn't know nothing about it.

A special thank you to Jackie at the front desk for making our visit so enjoyable. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, our stay was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Rooms were nice but they Charged me 10 dollars a day to park and no continental breakfast

The first room we had the air conditioner was not working as it should. The room was very warm. It was reported to the staff but were not moved to another room until the next morning. At check out we were charged for parking but did not have a car. I am waiting for a refund.

Clean, comfortable, reliable Courtyard standard. We knew what to expect and had a relaxing stay. Breakfast was not included in the rate, which was already overinflated due to a music festival in Napa. When breakfast is not à la carte, no fancy items or anything, it should be included in the stay.

Free breakfast. And has a shuttle.

Hotel was perfectly located

Rooms are a tight fit but for the purpose of going to the amusement park this was a great option.

We had request a 2 bed room and we got 1 bed. We ended up having to pay for an additional room for our daughter

Okay, we are in the hotel at 3 p.m. The check-in staff said to wait for the room key for around 45 minutes. No breakfast, and the bathroom towels have not been changed. I will go to the front counter and need to change the towels, but there is no answer.

how clean the room was.. can use a lilttle clean up in the parking lot? the pool was nice but it can use a lil more better chair n lounge chairs some were broken
