Location is great, staff are not helpful. They don’t accept any tap pay ( Apple Pay & Google pay) they required to show your physical card to process the room. My is slightly clean, dirty floors, clogged sink and tab, mirrors are crack. Called the receptionist to complaint about the room but they just ignored me and doesn’t want to deal with me specially asking to change the room.

Not clean and they tell you if you complain they will put you on a do not come back list this is not a good place and it’s not clean got a non smoking room and it smell like smoke it stunk like it want clean correctly after the last person it need to be cleaned and inspectors need to be sent there

Writing all over the walls, missing smoke detectors, dirty and sketchy parking lot, felt unsafe. I stay in a lot of cheap hotels and I don’t at all find myself needing luxury, but this one is a step too far. Don’t stay here unless you have no other option.

The wife and I checked in and left to go to a concert. Upon returning when we closed the blinds we noticed what looked like blood all over. The television did not turn on. The shower had what looked like cement poured in, and a rubber mat over it, the shower head was missing so just 100 psi of pressure of water just pouring out. I brought to management attention and they looked at my like I was speaking a foreign language. Horrible service.

Dead bug on my AC door with the holes on walls patched up graffiti on the shelves. No water, faucet toilet C, torn a cigarette burning or burnt on pillow covers.

Filthy, smelly place. Has no business to be on Hotels.com. Checked out after 1 night of a 4 night stay. Dirty floors, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, room smelled aweful, bedbugs or fleas. Legs bit. Old bandaid on wall, A/C unit filthy, Curtain had spray paint on it. Should I continue? This was the 2nd room they gave me. The first one had Hair in the Bathtub and a broken Toilet seat. If not issued a full refund, I will get my attorney involved..

If I could give this place a zero I would. It’s literally like a motel from a horror movie. When we walked in the place smelled so bad, literal chunks of wall missing. The lock on the door isn’t even screwed in not to mention the smoke detector was missing which is actually illegal! I have no idea when the floors were cleaned last or if it’s been painted in 20 years. Seriously gross.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. The rooms are filthy and full of graffiti, and everything was broken down including the fire alarms that were thrown into drawers

The front desk check in was pleasant. The rest was like a bad movie. Holes in the walls, peeling ceiling, broken tiles, your basic tenement rat-hole. Maintenance is nonexistent. This building is beyond redemption and should be torn down and replaced.

They should renovate everything lots of things are broken shower toilet and no microwave that’s the important and also no telephone if you have questions from the stall you have to go down to office

So dirty and smelly I couldn't even stay there and had to go to another hotel. The first hint is all the security bars over everything. Doors, windows, even the hotel clerk was locked up behind a cage. Every door in the hotel looks like it's been forced open at some point, judging from dents and other damage on the doors and doorjambs. The clerk offered 2 rooms, but both were disgustingly dirty and smelly. The first one smelled very strongly of smoke and marijuana, and the second one smelled strongly of smoke and pet stink, and my allergies triggered immediately in the second one with my eyes watering/itching and uncontrollable sneezing. This isn't even a good last resort place to stay.
