Convince All the shampoos and body washes were empty, the hand towels looked used and there was no handsoap. The stairwell near the parking lot had a strong odor of urine. Very unpleasant.

More than half of the hotel is rented to some kind of persons that get government help..

The proximity to Six Flags is the best thing this place has going for it. I think the owners lived on the property, which isn’t a big deal. Many hotel and motel owners live on their own property. The problem was that there were kids toys everywhere in the front lobby on the property. Very unprofessional. The room we stayed in was pretty dirty. There was trash behind the beds. I would deep clean the rooms. A continental breakfast was advertised. It wasn’t a continental breakfast. There was some cereal, little bit of fruit, some yogurt, some juice and pancakes. It was food, but it certainly wasn’t enjoyable. The staff and workers were great. They helped out with problems. Parking was terrible. The internet was completely confusing to use. if I was the owner, I would invest some money into refurbishing the rooms and then he would be able to actually charge at least 33% more and generate more revenue and also a create a better stay for guests.

I’m sorry. Our experience was terrible with this property, I trust to book it because it’s Best western, it’s nothing like I saw in photos. We didn’t stay and I had to look for another place. Very disappointing.

Nothing. The lobby had one 2 person couch for our family of 4 to wait. When I asked if there was a restroom, I was directed to a door which led to a small breakfast room and the restroom right next to the breakfast area. Our room was only supplied with 2 towels. The A/C unit smelled like wet rag when turned on. Overall not a pleasant area to stay.

Do not book if on your own

What I love about this property is the unique building design and it’s location. It is placed at the crest of a hill overlooking the freeway, and as such, it has a unique design, where you have these Beautiful hallways, and staircases that look like something out of a castle, and on almost every single floor you have Beautiful views of the city, especially at night. It’s seriously feels like a vacation. Even though we know it’s Vallejo, but it still feels like a getaway every time. The only thing I don’t like about the property is the stairs. But yet I don’t dislike it. It’s what makes this property unique and I always feel like I get a good workout. Every time. I’ve gotta walk down the steep driveway or up those steep steps, but that’s the beauty of the fact that it is placed at the edge and on the hill, which gives it those wonderful views, so I like it, but at the same time. I appreciate it, and I wouldn’t change a single thing, so I guess. Technically there isn’t anything that I don’t like about the property.

They were friendly and personal. I asked them for something and they were quick to get what I needed to my room. Thanx

Room was clean and property is upkept.

It was a good fit for our needs. Even though the room is a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke.

The breakfast was only cereal and bread. So you must accepted that as your continental breakfast. Worst Best Western that I have been to, not returning

Parking and Breakfast place are very durty. This never happen to me in another hotels before im very disappointed and not get my money back, even if I explain I had cancer and this was very bad for me.

We booked this for a work trip and it was AWFUL! Thankfully we booked through Expedia because they helped us get a partial refund. My husband stayed one night and then we moved him to another hotel for the remainder of his trip. The room was not clean and very dated. There was a glob of matted hair on the sheets, the non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, there were food chunks (pizza) and dirt on the floor, there was a homeless encampment outside his window, and he wouldn't even use the shower. The pictures are deceiving or old.

While the property had trash that people clearly dumped, the room was clean and the staff were excellent. Wonderful customer service and nice continental breakfast in the morning. Nice enough for a one night stay on a budget. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in 3 hours early so that was really nice as well.

I do not like the strange people that hangs around the steps.
