Clean room, pleasant staff, overall great stay.

The rooms don't smell bad so it got me ready to rest. Everything was working properly and had a working pool and a great breakfast. Would stay again

He stranded my family at 9pm and when we inquired when did he cancelled our reservation, he said 3pm same day we were supposed to check in. He also said that he notified Expedia but I didn’t get any email or call. Will not recommend this place to any of our family and friends.

The property up front and on one side seamed to be kept up. On the back side if the property it was a dump. Trash pilled high by a outbuilding. Also, trash pilled up in the corners of the walkways. It looks as if the hotel has no trash service. The elevator smelled of dog pee. The room smelled of air freshener covering up marijuana smoke. The reviews are the same for almost a year or more now. Tried to talk with the staff but after waiting for almost a half hours no one came to the front desk. A lady had also been waiting to check in as well. It was about 7:30 or so at night she was told her room might not be ready. Wow this place needs new management. Vallejo Hospitality LLC needs it's franchise pulled. Hello, so be making a call to Choice hotels. Since management always says, this is not how they operate, but for over a year and almost a year and a half, it's the same reviews.

Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast

Hot water didn’t work in shower, moved to another room. While working on my computer in my room my chair broke sending me into the desk. I put my hand up to block my fall and sprained my index finger and thumb of my left hand. My room was supposed to be cleaned on the 3rd day and it wasn’t. Will not stay there again!!!

Close to all shopping centers.

The rooms were clean, but they were very outdated and not well maintained. There was chipped paint, missing lightbulbs, damaged tile, and old, worn carpeting that made the room feel neglected. Our TV remotes didn’t work, which was frustrating. Breakfast was disappointing because there was never enough food, coffee, or hot water to accommodate the number of guests. It seemed the hotel was significantly understaffed, and the staff struggled to keep up with demand. The highlight of our stay was the pool and hot tub area, which was clean, well maintained, and by far the nicest part of the property.

The breakfast was okay. The room was small and needed to be cleaned better. It didn't smell fresh. I purchased cleaning products so I could clean before we sleep there.

I arrived on a Friday as a bride who was getting ready for their Wedding, there was a problem with the room I booked and I spoke with the front desk and they took care of it quickly for me. If I’d need a hotel to stay at in Vallejo I would definitely come here again!

Pubic hair in the pull out sofa bed. Hair in the bathroom in the shower wall. An eastern king bed frame with a cal king mattress— watch out you’ll get hurt. A pizza box and pizza left in the outside walkway for all 3 days. Advertised as non-smoking but people smoke in the hallways— the evidence is plentiful. Blood stains on the curtain. The sofa was ripped to shreds. The bathroom light turns on when it feels like— and at 2am waking everyone up for no reason. The lamps shown in the photos are not there— so bright lights or darkness are your options.

The room smelled like cigarettes and there was trash piles everywhere. Disgusting place to stay don’t stay here

After my family and I went to Six Flags, this hotel was really close by so it was pretty convenient for a one night stay. It was also next to some pretty good restaurants. When I showed, the glass shower door would not stay closed and would slide open no matter how hard you tried to push it closed. I had to wedge a towel on the bottom part of the door to keep it closed. But other than that everything else seemed fine.

The food was good and location was good. The ice machine was closer to our room and it was loud. We also asked for downstairs and they said they could not accommodate us. The room was good and clean and the breakfast was good.
-
Had to call cops. Our room door wouldn’t close all the way.
