Water was out for the first night and day because of a busted pipe after a car crashed outside our window.

Our room was on the second floor and the third floor room above made so much stomping noise. Couldn't sleep at night.

Great hotel to stay in when visiting the area. The price per night was very fair. The pool, hot tub, breakfast, room and room amenities were excellent. Whenever there was an issue, staff were very quick to fix. Our smoke alarm battery went into low battery mode in the middle of the night and they had someone replace the battery in under 5 min. When the hot tub wasn’t well heated one day, a maintenance man came to troubleshoot it and got it heated back up quickly. The fact they are so on top of keeping their guests comfortable will have us staying here again the next time we are in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

my bed didn’t feel like it was cleaned and the TV wasn’t working. I just needed a central place to rest with free parking and this was its saving grace. the staff were courteous. not sure i would stay here again if i had to pay.

The staff is super friendly and they have a van that takes you to six flags and picks you up. The pool is really nice as well. Very clean and a great stay. Will stay there again in the future.

The place looks wonderful with good breakfast included. However they are understaffed. The front desk once told me he was by himself so he couldn’t help us yet. The pool would have been nice but the benches and lounges were not maintained and broken down and we got bug bites after staying there. Hope they take this seriously it would be a waste.
