Best Western Plus Carriage Inn

Outstanding customer service. We were only there one night, but we have nothing to complain about.

One of the reviews on Google Maps has a picture of a roach in the guy’s room. I felt the same energy as soon as I pulled up. Avoid at all costs.

Clean room, staff was great, Denny's on-site. Nice area.

The smell in the lobby was VERY off-putting; smelled like feces. Other than that, everything about the place was wonderful, clean and up to date. Even down to the wallpaper in the bedroom, so cute.

Living locally, we have always used The Best Western Plus Carriage Inn in Sherman Oaks for out-of-town guests and for ourselves when we have extensive work done on our home. My last stay was extended, and it was a great experience. It's hard to believe that the series of smaller motels along Sepulveda blvd., to the north, are priced the same as the Carriage Inn because there is no comparison. The Carriage Inn is clean, well-manicured, expertly run and managed, and its housekeeping and maintenance personnel are the best. The rooms are spotless and have all of the amenities that any/all extended-stay otravelor needs: Keurig coffee brewer, mini-fridge, 60" Smart TV, spacious desk (with free WiFi, several charging and hardwire connection ports). The rooms have an AC unit, a clock radio, a white noise machine, a hotel landline phone, and all lamps have charging ports on the base. The decor is modern and neutral-toned, has a comfortable chair and ottoman, textured wallcoverings, all-cotton bedding and linens, modern framed mirrors and artwork, and a chest of drawers. The bathrooms are contemporary, with luxury coordinated bath, lavatory, and washroom hardware, and dual upscale, modern sinks in both the vanity/closet area and the main en-suite bathroom. The reach-in closet has louvered doors for ventilation, wooden hangers, a shelf, and is equipped with a full-size ironing board, a modern iron, a clothing steamer, a hair dryer, and a programmable digital safe box.

Room was clean everything looked great. Except the bathroom. Water was leaking out of the toilet and it smelled really bad and backed up water got in the toilet

Everything was great, but they forgot to hand me over my driver license and made me walk back over to the desk instead of coming to my door to return it in my had. I'm just saying

The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and came with a refrigerator and a coffee machine. Also it was very convenient because there is a Denny’s Restaurant on the property. I would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable

safe on staying, knowing that someone can break into my car. As I'm coming in to check in, I noticed that the hotel is not as they describe in the web page, it definitely needs a lot of work and maintenance. After talking to the person at the front desk, I asked about the breakfast, and she says that they don't provide breakfast. This is not what they say in the web site, the breakfast was one of the reasons why I reserved this hotel. They didn’t have breakfast as promised when I made the reservation. The area and the description need to be updated on your website. The smell in the lobby was horrible, so we chose not to stay and cancel the reservation, we didn't stay in the hotel after all. They didn’t wanted to cancel the reservation, so I didn't feel like I was treated the way I should be, so this trip for me was horrible due to the hotel area, customer service and hotel Cleanses.

The property was quite and clean!

Is very clean very helpful. Had a show to take us to university studio with no charge Danny’s right next-door so it’s nice to be able to just walk over to have dinner or breakfast so I was very happy with this day.
