Worst experience ever. My ex showed up and the front counter lady gave him my info she also believed him that my black duffle bag was full of drugs. She also stated lies to the police saying I was abusive when I never interacted with him not once did she come and ask me anything or to really check what was up and to top it off she cancels my key card and denies my re entry the room was not cleaned properly. Nothing!!! Didn't stay The rude people at the front desk, especiallythe lady. Booked for my cousin and was told upon his arrival that hey never had the reservation at all. They acted like they never had the reservation when they were looking at their phone for his reservation instead of a computer like most motels/hotels do. They said they didn't have my name even though it was clearly paid.

Free parking on site Needs a serious deep clean, run down and not worth the money paid. Felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed, hairs on pillows and bedding. The top blanket definitely does not get changed after each guest (saw the cleaners with only bottom sheets)
