Comfy bed, nice room, good breakfast, close to freeway. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice sized rooms. Breakfast had a good selection.

Special shoutout to the employees here: I had a terrible experience with booking.com on this stay and the employees went out of their way to help me and make sure my stay went well. I'm so grateful for their extra work and support, I'm very grateful for them!

It’s a nice place with a courteous staff. The only ding I can is regarding the mattresses in Room 400. Too much sag in the middle and during my 4 night stay my lower back was in rough shape. I ended up walking over to a spa on the second floor of the mall to have it worked on.

Room is clean, a/c is very much easy to use without loud noise or broken features. Definitely a place you’d want to stay at again when visiting Vancouver/Portland area.

Staff fixed the slow draining sink within 10 minutes, amazing! Also fast service getting a replacement pillow. Breakfast staff kept things moving well. Nice padded headboards too. On the down side, the fridge was in a cabinet with a reverse-side opening door and a cabinet frame that caught every single time you opened the door - annoying! Also the elevator foyer was poorly laid out so you had difficulty maneuvering with the luggage carts or getting more than 2 people in/out of it. Strangely, the service staff came in to make up one ( not both!) bed(s) and replace the bath towels despite only a two night stay.

Besides that , great staff member for helped my nephew who had overslept for his flight.

Nice size room and decent variety of food. The light above the vanity did work, microwave didn’t work and the toilet was so low. Why do hotels install such low toilets ? Seems like it is many hotel chains all install them . Not a positive for taller and older travelers.

Breakfast was good ..

Larry was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Carpet in room 120 need reglued down. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and great breakfast and clean pool.

Good place to stay

Great room, great building and great staff!

By far the most interesting property I’ve been to so far! Walked in, ring cameras as surveillance. People walking in and out doing funny business.. room smelled like someone smoked weed all week in there. I walked right out and went to a different place. Don’t let the price trick you into staying here

The breakfast was attended to by a person who kept the food flowing and everyone happy. I stayed 4 days and it was very consistent, no surprises and I like that. Thanks to the staff

If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.
