Great staff, we really love staying here. I’ll say it again though, the pool area doesn’t seem to get cleaned up as well as the rest of the hotel. But that’s my only knock on the property overall.

Food was devine as well.

Room was very large, very clean, and had a great coffee set up. Hot tub and pool were large, and a great temperature in both. No free breakfast, but the restaurant is amazing.

I got Covid the day before my stay. I called the hotel to see if I could change the date of my stay. They refused and charged me for the entire amount. I will never stay here again.

Beautiful place with great staff and comfortable beds!

My friend and I started there for a concert and stayed the rest of the weekend with my dog. It was a very safe, clean and nice restaurant at a great rate. I would say we would come back.

This is our second time staying at Heathman Lodge. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. We have yet to use the restaurant but it always smells delicious and is quite busy! This time our room wasn’t as clean as the previous time. There was what we hope was a coffee spill on the wall behind the chair and someone’s used contacts on the bedroom floor. We did not let the front desk staff.

Overall great hotel! This was our second time staying here. Rooms are large and clean, beds are super comfortable, and the hotel itself has a cozy atmosphere. My only issue was this time we were put in a ground floor room, and I did not like it as much as our previous room on an upper floor. It was clean, but probably also a pet friendly room. We checked in after midnight so possibly that was a factor. Will plan to stay here again if in the area and remember to request no ground floor room.

On the way to the room, they have a bird chirping audio and it’s so nice. the bathrooms were very spacious and bed was comfortable. The beds had enough pillows as well! For me personally it’s a plus, the bar has delicious drinks and breakfast was amazing

I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s an outstanding place to stay and close to shopping and restaurants. The Hudson bar and grill has excellent food and an extremely friendly staff.

Loved the PNW feel. There is a totem pole in the lobby. There are speakers in the hallways playing bird calls. The furniture appears to be made from wooden sticks. Enjoyed the “Dances With Wolves motif “. Very nice stay! We’ll definitely stay there again when visiting my sons in Vancouver and Portland from Virginia!

During check-in the supervisor was not very friendly. It was not mentioned that we had to schedule housekeeping services so when we came back the following evening after being gone all day our room had not been serviced. Called front desk about it and she was not very friendly either. Other than that the room was great and facility was clean.

Beds were extreamly firm and uncomfortable. Front desk was not helpful when it cam to checking in a little early without added fees. Compleatly unnecessary. I checked out early but didn't charge them a fee for leaving.

The hotel is beautiful. It was a very nice stay.

We did not know that you have to make a special request for housekeeping, they do not service the room without it. We requested fresh towels at the reception but the towels never showed up. Streaming services were available on the TV but did not work, reception told us there is nothing they can do. Water stopped in the bathroom on Sunday morning, we barely finished our shower when the water came back with a trickle.
