Amazing room, felt extremely comfortable, the bonus was the cool bird sounds throughout the hotel, really made it feel like the lodge was out in the mountains. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Pool and hot tub were great. Very clean rooms and clean hotel.

Everyone was so nice. Our room was perfect, cozy and clean. The sparkling water at the front desk was a great addition.

Location and restaurant was excellent

Only issue was that two of three elevators were out of order

I booked three rooms at this property for a business trip, and everyone in our group had a great experience. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the rooms met our needs perfectly. We had no complaints and would definitely book here again for future business travel.

Unique lodge-like design and decor makes it visually appealing. Large rooms, quiet, good service, and reasonable rates.

Hotel is nice, was told hot tub wasn’t working also told there would be a $25 fee that would be refunded when we check out. Received and refunded back $16 of that $25 and it was because I used Expedia to book the hotel (3rd party) that was never disclosed to me at the time of check in. They called it a “service fee”. It’s not a lot of money but the principal that they withhold money when at the time you’re told you’ll be refunded in full, when you are not, might be a dealbreaker for some people.

Will not go back!

Everything was great. Loved the sound of chirping birds in the hallways.

Everything was great! Front desk staff was so nice and helpful.

But I find repeated attempts to solicit reviews through all communication means (messages to phone, emails, messages through hotels.com that I used for booking) annoying. This is the main reason lowered the rating from 5 stars to 4.

The hotel was great. We had a good time. It was me and my kids and grandkids. I would work on the kitchen cook staff. We had food that was either overcooked or undercooked or too salty every meal. I come frequently and that’s been consistent. I’d like to see the quality of the food go up other than that it’s fun. It’s a great local staycation.

Amazing stay, very helpful staff and easy check in, clean room, clean bathroom, everything was clean! Highly recommend this place especially for the price you can’t beat it! Thank you Heathman Lodge!

Large room, quite location and a wonderful restaurant.

The property has definitely changed..not sure if ownership has changed. Our tv didn’t work the entire 2 days we were there. When I went to the front desk, they didn’t offer to help or give us a reason for it not working. Service just wasn’t the same at the restaurant and at the front desk that I used to remember. Time to look for another hotel when we travel to Vancouver!

Enjoyed my stay and plan to stay here on my next business trip.
