The atmosphere and balcony and the room was so clean. And I liked that the pool was open late as well. The chirping birds in the hallway at all hours of the day and night. It's okay during the day but at night time I suggest you play crickets LOL it makes more sense. Especially if you wanted to feel like you're at a lodge in the woods.

Great stay! Food and drinks on site are exceptional. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Early check in accomodations without hassle. 5 stars

The property while being in a weird location off the main city livin, WILL BLOW U AWAY. ITS HUGE ITS BEAUTIFUL ITS A VIBE. The staff is incredible , the restaurant is amazing , the rooms are nice , the shower pressure is awesome , the location to other things is amazing and they play bird noises in the hallways. INSANE

My stay and the staff was everything I hoped it would be thank you for a great experience.

I stay there 3-4 times a year (to visit my daughter) over the past 5 years. I have seen a gradual decline across all areas, from the attitude of the staff to the restaurant. Staff used to be friendly and welcoming which is no longer the case. The restaurant used to provide room service, it was a wonderful service where they would bring you your dinner on a cart and serve you with real dinnerware. Now, you have to go pick it up and it is all packaged in to-go boxes. The check-in time is ridiculous, 4:00! And I can guarantee that your room will not be ready to check in before that time. The rooms are clean, but more attention needs to be directed to detail (wash windows, vacuum behind furniture, paint doors that have dog scratch marks, better lighting). DO NOT stay on the first floor, the rooms are an after-thought and comparable to sleeping in a garage.

Our third time staying here (which we never repeat where we go) to gather with family because it is such a great place. 15 mins from Portland airport. Rooms are well done. Staff is so helpful and the on site restaurant has any amazing menu for every meal with reasonable pricing so no need to venture out. Not to mention free coffee choices at the front desk all day long. Gift shop has a little of everything including beer and wine. Probably will get to enjoy this place one more time but if not they helped us create lasting memories.
