Rundown. Pool and jacuzzi were closed. No elevator to the second floor. Just bad.

I was extremely disappointed and would never stay here again. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

No instructions to operate the TV. The breakfast was adequate, but no hot items except toast and coffee. The list could go on. The bed was swayed in the middle.

Door frame of room barely held door on, would not shut unless FORCED to close. Fan in bathroom sounds like Harley motorcycle. Pipes squealed whenever water was on. Window had no locks because they were broken off, no screens. Black mold in corners of bathroom, faucet dripped entire time. Check in lady very rude, not personable, threw parking paper and room keys on the counter almost fell off. Ring doorbell cameras everywhere. No fresh coffee. Swimming pool out of order, construction. Very poor breakfast choices. Bread, bread, and more bread. Eggo waffles, baby pancakes, share a gallon of milk and pint of orange juice with other guests. Do NOT COME HERE. Not worth the $130 a night. Spend extra $20 and get better somewhere else. No wonder why this place is garbage,

Very old, rundown and in need of repairs ie. Tiles taped up in the bathroom. Pool and hot tub out of service.

Front desk and the lady that came to plunger the shower drain were kind. But it was a poor hotel and experience overall.

Mold on bathroom ceiling, vinyl falling off the walls, shower knob was broke off. We left after the first night and asked for refund of the second night and we were refused a refund.

Nice staff and amazing breakfast set up with tons of options. However this property was poorly maintained with dirty carpets, mismatched locks, broken shower, etc. The pool and spa were sadly closed even though it was advertised as open when we booked. Good value for the area

We purchased a King bed with Sofa Bed for our daughter. When we got there we were told all the sofa beds are broken. So we paid extra for a room type thats not available. Then we were told they don't have extra pillows. The room was trash with cigarette holes in the blankets, dents in the walls, and all furniture wore down.

The pool was out of service and toilet was clogged in room

Pool was out of service, rooms need an upgrade, bathroom tile was broken. Staff was very nice especially the front desk (spanish speaker, I didnt get her name).

Room service came by every day and it did have beds. Cons: The Pool was closed down, green and it didn't look like they had any intention of ever getting it back in order. My kids were not happy and neither were we because we were told that there was one there when we booked. The Internet was TERRIBLE! The connection was so poor it dropped constantly and wouldn't load anything during brief moments of connection. I had to buy more data on my carrier which cost me more than it should have. The exterior door had a broken lock so there was nothing to stop people from wandering in. Ceiling tiles were missing from the hallways. Nothing says ghetto like seeing the ductwork and wiring above. Our faucet leaked constantly. This is easily the most run down Days Inn I've ever stayed in. They used to be a decent chain.

Its is an old run down hotel. When we were there the pool and whirlpool were closed. The tv didn't have a remote the first night. then they gave us a broken one for the second night. the Wifi didn't work for streaming. The window had a large broken crack all across the glass. The "breakfast" was sub par

Beyond that, they require a $200 security deposit. That’s more than twice what I’ve had to pay as a deposit anywhere else I’ve stayed…including much nicer properties. Will likely not stay here again.

I loved the day staff named Olivia, she’s so considerate and easy to dealt with. About the room, we had a toilet clogged, when we report to the evening staff on our first night there, she said that she calls someone to fixed it, but no one coming, so when we got back to her, she gave us a plunger, so we’re the one to unclogged it so we can use the washroom and bath tub w/c also clogged when we took a shower. Good that next day, during Olivia’s work shift she fixed everything with the maintenance guy

One of 2 of these things would have been ok, but it was too much for what we paid. Not to mention we were going through a very emotional and stressful time for our family and had to deal with this. I would avoid this place at all costs. My favorite part was they cleaned the room twice after I complained about the cleanliness of the room and did not pick up any of the trash I mentioned, only the hair. I hope this place washes their sheets, but I would not be surprised if they don't.
