Convenient, good location, parking was great

The property is nice, clean, and updated decor. The comfort, room, area, and facilities were between good and excellent. I am appreciative for that. Your swing shift desk person has a snarky attitude, like my last stay. NOT friendly at all like I and other customers were bothering her. Others made the comments as well. Last morning of my stay, the tall caucasian housekeeping lady had her cleaning cart in the middle of the hallway. I'm partially paralyzed on a walker. I couldn't get around. I shouted in the room, "any one there, I have to get around the cart." No answer. So, I moved the cart to the side. The housekeeper comes out and says harshly, "what are you doing with my cart." Me, "I'm moving it because I am blocked no worries. " She glares at me and says, "you could have asked!" Me, "leave it alone, you were blocking me way, and I need to get to my room." I get another mean face. I had the impression she wanted to escalate things, so I said "Have a good day" and went in my room which was right there, That's what happened, it's up to you to fix, but I'm back to staying at the local competition where they don't appear to have problems with handicapped people and the professionalism as to not block hallways (illegal). Sorry, but just cannot deal with employees who appear to dislike their jobs and us, your customers. P.S. Swing clerk was smoking right at the entrance door both days of my stay. Check you cameras!

Nothing unique.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed how quiet my room was (I was on the third floor). The parking lot was well lit. They have a nice snack bar in the lobby. My stay was wonderful! Nothing

Indoor manhandling. Guy in lobby asking people for money in front of the staff and nothing being done about it. Couldn’t go to the lobby to buy drinks with out the guy asking for money.

It had a kitchen set up I had to purchase kitchen supplies for $60 bucks

On the Expedia app (which is all I use for booking stays) said pets stay free.... when I arrived the receptionist ask if we were traveling with any pets and ofcourse I said yes. She said there is a pet fee and I responded with Expedia said pets stay free... silence with no response, I just agreed to pay the fee. This will be my last stay with "my place". Adios!

Good clean place to stay .

I picked this hotel out of convenience because its minutes from where my mom lives. I'm so glad I did! The large reclining chair was so welcome after traveling and working hard all day. It was mostly quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The room doesn't come with breakfast but they do have a mini store with snacks, frozen breakfast items, and drinks. The room comes with a really nice kitchenette with a full sized fridge, microwave, and 2 burner stove top. But due to silly government regulations, they can't provide cookware, plates, or flatware so remember to bring your own. I will definitely be back!!!

Big bang for the buck!

The bed felt like I was sleeping on my grandma's hideaway couch. It felt like there was a metal bar under the mattress and it was super uncomfortable. Room was clean. Bring your own beverages and snacks because the price is ridiculous if you buy them at the front desk. $2.50 for a can of soda and $3.25 for one packaged, super dry Mrs. Field's cookie, for example.
