Comfort Suites Near Vancouver Mall

Everything u wanted a score on. It was really nice and staff showed great customer service. They really work for every customer and are very professional. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nothing

Very good

Very nice place, bathtub with jets, great free breakfast.

Everything was good.

The staff checking us in were super friendly and had a sense of humor. We reserved and paid for a King Bed Suite, but were given a room with a Queen bed instead. My husband is tall, so having a King bed was crucial for our comfort, and we were never compensated or refunded the price difference for the downgrade. On top of that, there was visible mold on the curtains, and the room had a strong, musty mold smell. The pillows were tiny roughly the size of couch throw pillows and while they provided four, it barely made up for standard-sized pillows. Very disappointing experience.

The pole in the closet was installed at about 2.5 feet above the floor so any shirt I hung In it was latterly on the floor. Breakfast was decent and the room was clean.

Exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean and quiet. Space to do work while on a business trip. Breakfast was well prepared, area kept very clean and fresh. Parking was close and easy. Will be back next week and several times through the end of the year.

Very nice staff and breakfast was chill.

Staff is really nice at front desk

Exceptional

It’s great for the price and location. Daily housekeeping and free breakfast. Super friendly staff as well.

Regular

The location works for us The shower needs repair, as its falling out of the wall and terrible water pressure, the shower head looked disgusting and the shower curtain even had a hole in it. The rooms are so stuffy its hard to sleep. The light donr work and the beds are bad lol Why do I come back here??

Outdated rooms. Other than that, good hotel for short periods.

This property is a bit older, but the staff was excellent. The place felt safe. We didn't use the amenities except breakfast. It was a nice breakfast and it was kept well stocked. The price was very affordable too.

Check in was quick and easy! The front desk lady helping us check in was super sweet and friendly!! Love how we can communicate and joke around as if we are friends!

Considering the cost, the breakfast was decent. One of the beds was broken: it had a coil out of the mattress. We only got three bath towels instead of four, but that was corrected later. The free wifi internet was not working in our room. It was okay in the lobby. I had to use my phone data.

We were very satisfied with our stay.

Exceptional

It was pricey but good place
