It was under renovation, very dusty and the pool and hot tub’s water were so dirty. It was obvious they haven’t treated the water properly with the chemicals needed or the maintenance person in charge of that hasn’t been doing their job.

The room is big

Staff was friendly, room was mid. Beds lumpy, bathtub didn’t drain, air conditioning wasn’t working well in the room

It was a horrible stay and professional employees like a resources the pool, hot tub or dirty and cold breakfast is disgusting

Great value in every way! Hot tub and pool were perfect. Breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable.

We moved to this hotel last minute because another one in the area had mold issues. There were a lot of things we appreciated about this hotel. The front desk lady was very friendly. We loved the hot coffee and lemon water in the lobby at all hours. The breakfast was delicious and liked the hours. My kids used tbe pool and enjoyed it. The location was great. We walked across the street to the mall one night.

The staff were all pleasant to be around, but all of them seem to be preoccupied with their phones….. The hot tub was great, although the hot water was not hot enough… And the breakfast was nothing to write home about… And their hours need to be at least a half hour longer in the mornings

This property was very clean, the rooms were spacious and just as advertised. The staff was beyond amazing and helpful. They truly made the stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing and they rotate sausage and bacon and that's awesome. They pool and hot tub were so nice. My kids played everyday.
