We also appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, especially since we were on a Pacific Northwest road trip. It made storing and reheating food so convenient. Another thing I really loved was that the hotel provided Dove toiletries. I personally use Dove products, so it was such a nice touch and saved us from bringing some of our own toiletries. Small details like this made our trip even more convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

The front desk staff was nice enough but not necessarily professional and a bit lax. Also, when the room was tidied, the main bed was made but the sofa bed not. Its not that it’s a bad stay- it’s not. It’s that for over $200 / night you can do better… a lot better.

Overall, it was fine. The property seemed a bit rundown. We thought the location was fine however, the next morning they had guy who is not a hotel guest there throwing trash on the ground out of their car and then just sitting there with their car running, which made us a bit uncomfortable. We chose this location to try to avoid that kind of stuff. The breakfast in the morning was average. There was sausage. We pre-paid through a third-party site and when we got there, they charged us a temporary fee that was about the equivalent of a full night stay. If I knew they’d do this we wouldn’t have selected this hotel. There was a pool, but we did not use it so I cannot comment on that. The staff was nice and they were doing.

I love all the Holiday Inn and Suites I have stayed at! Always clean, breakfast is amazing.

What needs to be improved: 1) the water filling station is only available in the tiny sweat-infiltrated gym 2) there’s no fan in the bathroom so it can get damp after a shower and smelly after number 2 3) it might be just our bad luck, there were guest still running down and talking loudly in the halls up to 1am, the doors are also very loud (we are not sensitive to noise in general)
