Really like we choose to stay there staff was excellent

Rooms were clean and decent. The facility was a little run down. There was no elevator so if you were on the top or bottom levels you have to carry it all through the building. Breakfast was average but there was only 1 waffle maker so the line was always long. Overall good price for what you’re getting. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the beach which was nice.

The staff, Macy particularly were great. But the carpet in our room made our feet black which was pretty shocking to have to wear shoes in our hotel room.

Very cool old school property. Historic and possibly haunted? Great breakfast included too!

The room we had was a two queen suite. It was roomy. Towels were very small and too old.

The room is a little worn down the lamina wood flooring was very badly chipped throughout the room although it was clean the floor made it look like it was not very clean.

My mom and I are part of a paranormal team. During the tour, a spirit opened the room where Mrs. Vickers passed away. There was no one around us, and when Marci looked inside, the room was completely empty. We were out of site of the room for only a minute! Later that night, we investigated the Rose Garden to make contact with the spirits of the Inn. My mother successfully connected a spirit and followed it to the end of the pathway before losing the connection. Around 10:30 PM, we headed back to our hotel room, where something amazing happened. We had placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the door, but when we arrived, it was missing. We assumed it fell off or blew away, but when we opened the door, we were flabbergasted to find it lying midway in the entry. At first, we thought someone had played a practical joke, but everything else was exactly as we left it. We noticed some smudges on the card and wondered if someone had pushed it under the door. However, when we tried to push it through ourselves, we found our logical explanation was wrong. To our utter amazement, we proved a card could barely fit under the door frame. So how did it get inside our room midway through the entry?

Wasnt what I expected

Mid breakfast... Mid location. It's right next to highway and it's very loud.

Older property; remodeling helping. No lotion, conditioner; shampoo at sink, not soap. Floor by toilet not mopped well. Not enough staff for crowded breakfast area so had to wait for items.

Made this booking a month in advance. Mind you the type of room I booked there is only 3, arrived after check in and was successfully checked in and greeted by staff. Went back to let them know room was not ready (bed was stripped), 20 minutes later I go follow up and staff was not so nice and tells me they made a call instead of making another call to follow up. Leaving this not as a complain, please call ahead to confirm room will be ready.

Love the place

They did not have working phones in the room to be able to call for services. It should have been in the description of the property before being booked. The staff said it was because of transitioning to a new system.

I love the Pierpont and my wife and I have been staying there for years. It needs a little love. Paint peeling, chipped tiles, leaky shower faucet (room 516). This is a great place, treat it better please.

I liked that the beach was easily accessible. Breakfast was good and room was spacious

Excellent room and service!

The property was old but very well maintained. Because it was spread out over a very large area directional signs would have been helpful. Our room was clean and included a fireplace and small balcony next to the pool.
