They could use a mini coffee maker in the room. Not a huge deal, there a lovely coffee shop a 2 minute walk away that just opened. The parking lot needs to be worked on and it appears at that may be in progress. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Cute, clean & quiet.

This was a great place to stay in close to everything especially Ventura harbor where we caught our boat to go over to the Channel Islands. We will definitely stay here again. The room was super clean!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and friendly! The area felt safe, about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from the train station. Parking is right outside your room if needed. There was a really good pizza place (Topper’s Pizza) about a 10 minute walk as well. The motel’s decor was updated and cute. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay that was perfect for an out of town concert at the Ventura Music Hall (about a 5 minute walk!)

Very cute room. Designed with fresh and fun colors for Ventura. Front agent let us in early and we were very thankful, because we were tired travelers!

Clean room with a good location. Quality shower products. Comfy bed. Bring your own cups though or ask during check in. No ice machine either.

Also, although it seemed very safe, but would prefer the little lock on the door that allows you to slightly open it or others outside to open it with a key but not get in.

we decided to stay here for one night while visiting OJAI because there were no hotels available in that area. We ended up staying at this hotel because there were so many good five star reviews so we definitely trusted them. And it looked OK online as well. The reason for the three star review was that we weren’t very comfortable because of the air conditioning. It’s a very small wall unit and it was really loud. It would reduce the temperature in the room to what we set it at, but then the room would feel stuffy and slightly warm even though the temperature was lower so it seems like it would cool the room down temporarily, but then we woke up in the middle of the night hot we had to turn it back down and didn’t seem to maintain the temperature like it usually would at any other hotel. But I think it’s just because this is a wall unit and maybe just the way it works. I definitely in the future would not stay here because of the air-conditioning. I would need a central air-conditioning unit that maintains and keeps the room cooler. It is a motel looking place which I already saw before we went there. It definitely was clean. We parked our car right outside of the room, which was handy. A little difficult to hear the staff behind plexiglass. I kept having to ask him to repeat himself. I couldn’t understand what he was saying and he could not hear me either so I wish there was some type of a speaker system so he could hear me better through the glass. good location overall

Room was perfect for our weekend getaway, super clean and updated. Who I assume is the owner was super kind and welcoming, absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back again!

Smelled bad, dirty everything

Clean, nice rooms, big, comfortable bed, quiet, good shower. Would have liked a coffee maker in room, maybe breakfast option. No other facilities…other motels in this price range often have more to offer.

Really nice motel. It was well appointed, the bathroom was very nice with a walkin shower, the bed was comfortable, and the property was quiet. Staff are super nice. Would highly recommend this place. Down the street from a few good food spots and a comfortable walk to the beach.
